Today's episodes are 🔥 Even the scene with the sister, or I would say - especially the scene with the sister. It's refreshing to see cdrama conflict to be resolved this way.
Wait so we get to see different faces of fl i mean i haven't started it so anyone can tell me smthg??
Yes, you'll see her transform right in the first episode. Transformations don't last long screentime wise, it's still mostly Song Yi playing the character, but we get to see her different faces.
are the side characters complex and interesting?? I was really excited for sy cy hry in one drama so if they're…
Characters (and acting) are the strongest parts of this drama, and so far, all of them are receiving proper development. I'm actually surprised by how consistently the characters are written. Usually in romcoms, screenwriters tend to sacrifice character logic for extra drama or random jokes, but thankfully, that's not the case here. Even the second female lead, whom a lot of people are complaining about in the comments, has proper motivation for her actions, and she isn't reduced to a typical cardboard stereotype.
I am on ep 11. Yes I am enjoying the show but the FL’s character is getting in my nerves. The way she is running…
She doesn't hate him, you can clearly see it from her reactions. She's just feeling betrayed and wants him to apologize for almost getting her killed. I can easily get where she's coming from.
This drama is on my watchlist since it has LYX and Cheng Lei - still busy with The Double. Work unfortunately…
As always, it just depends on one's taste. This is a fluffy rom-com with beautiful cinematography and fight scenes, great chemistry among the whole cast, well-written characters but with a rather perfunctory plot. Those who came for angst, drama, and fast pacing might find it unenticing. Those who came for a fluffy comfort watch love it.
Here is the plot synopsis, if anyone is curious: https://weibo.com/ttarticle/p/show?id=2309405049510127862155
The youngest chief surgeon at Jiangcheng Medical University Hospital, Yin Ziran, loses his memory in an accident and leaves the operating table to open a late-night bookstore in the neighboring city of Hecheng.
Following the death of Shao Youyou, a new forensic intern from the Hecheng Criminal Police Technology Department, inside his store, Yin Ziran is listed as a criminal suspect by the Hecheng police. To prove his innocence and find the real killer of Shao Youyou, Yin Ziran is forced to resume his second identity as a forensic expert at the Jianghe Judicial Appraisal Center, and a meritorious forensic doctor previously with the Jiangcheng Criminal Police.
Assisting Captain Gu Feng and Deputy Captain Jiang Haiqing of the criminal police, Yin Ziran is invited back as a forensic doctor. The trio collaborates to solve a series of complex cases. As Yin Ziran's psychological doctor and also his junior, Wei Chuchuan, is arrested over an old murder case, the clues provided by Wei Chuchuan lead Yin Ziran to a case from three years ago, which was the cause of his amnesia. Slowly, the pieces of Yin Ziran’s lost memory begin to turn again. To pursue the truth, Yin Ziran restarts the investigation of the old case. As the clues are gradually sorted out and various dangers are overcome, Yin Ziran and Captain Gu Feng finally discover that the source of the evil was always someone close to Yin Ziran. And the deep regrets buried in their hearts also point to the same person.
Ah, AvenueX sicced her crowd on LYX yesterday. Now it makes sense.

Can someone explain the ML's status clearly? is he prince(like emperor's son kinda prince) or not? i havent stated…
He is a duke - a nobleman, but not from a royal family (or at least not from a close royal family). Ryan Cheng so far is a rival, but considering the current development of his character, they will most likely team up soon enough. It doesn't look like they are setting him up as a villain.
btw Suo Luo is such a childish character. Instead of getting angry at her family because they don't show her emotional…
I actually find her character pretty well-written. yes, she's bratty and hurt, but I see where she's coming from and I'm pretty sure she'll come around in the end (hopefully sooner than later).
