Gosh... Ryan Cheng's character is incredibly annoying. As much as I love the actor, I don't enjoy his role here…
That tiny moment at the end of e10, where he shouts at the 2nd FL and immediately apologizes, made me reconcile with the whole yelling shtick. Seems like it's there for the comedy and character buildup reasons.
Can anyone explain how platforms should do the marketing of a drama? And why iqiyi is said not marketing this…
No splash screen/big banner on the platform's main screen on the first two days of airing. No ads\algorithm pushing on social media platforms on the first two days. No bought hotsearches (trends) on weibo. Now on the third day there finally are a few ads here and there. But it's still a far cry from the overwhelming marketing other recent dramas had (like The Double or The Tale of Rose), where you got bombarded by their ads whenever you clicked anything drama-related on Chinese social media sites.
Omg, press conference 4 days after airing? Well if that pans out... the only good thing I can say about the FYH marketing team, the level of their effort is very consistent π
I wouldn't give too much credit to the info from some pirate site. Keep an eye on IQIYi site or their socials, that's were the official announcement will be.
Will Sheng Bie Li have( Ryan Cheng ) his own love story in this drama? Is he a bad or good guy ? Thx βΊοΈ π
He will be paired up with Huang Riying's character. There should be some rivalry between him and Jiang Xinbai, but I don't think he is an actual villain.

Are they trying to kill us with anexiety or smth? π
