Anyways I found the sequel plot very interesting unlike how many view. The way their relationship grows, the unexpected engagement and marriage, the way FL friend gets surprised, FL office, ML family each and every character was good …. Especially his uncle who drive, Ren, cook girl, the sick sister, the history behind their family and the different stories behind the places ( ex: the tailor home, their ancestral worship place, library …) . This is one of the dramas which fell too short of its potent.

Indeed the character was different but what I mean is the way he portrayed that character as an actor wasn’t good enough to carry that character. By mannerism I mean the ways he tried to express or emote the character. For instance every time he tried to pull out a hesitant face it wasn’t good to watch. There are several better ways to express or emote innocence, hesitance and shyness which had been done by several actors and succeeded. He simply didn’t have the screen presence in this drama to carry all those slow mo scenes and emotional sequences. He was looking awkward ( I mean really awkward at times that we want to ignore his mannerisms and overacting which looked more forced than natural. ) FL carried most of the drama like a boss and more power to her.

Yes, both ML and Qu Zhi are friendzoned by FL and Le le 😅. Our ML is obsessed and scheming the FL when she is clearly interested in another man. On a different perspective our ML is the villain who is manipulating relationships to try and get closer to FL and also to create a rift between FL and her love interest 👀.
