I loved him since I first saw him in Atashinchi no Danshi. Everyone should watch that drama :). Also I almost didn't noticed him but he is also in Meichan's Butler aka Mei-chan no Shitsuji . His hair is white their and still handsome, . Then watched Hotaru no Hikari 2 and was surprised he is their, surprised and happy and my love for him at that time made me mad because of the second lead syndrome I felt while watching that drama, Hotaru should be with him, haha. Anyways I saw Paradise kiss and I liked it though I liked it more because of Keiko, at that time I thought she was the prettiest Japanese actress I ever saw, prettier than Korean actresses lol. Never finished Nobunaga Concerto, but I admit, he wearing a Japanese robe/ancient costume is hawt!
Save Me is a really good and intriguing drama. I enjoyed so much the ride and the intense scenes per episode. It's also my very first time watching a drama tackling about cults and religion. People should really watch it. Teocholda, Masamida!!! bwahahaha
Actually the story is cliche but honestly, I might want to give it a try, stories like this is fun only if done right. But after seeing episode 1, dang, the female lead doesn't for me doesnt suit her character. and she forcibly acts cute with those actions, expressions and even her body language, even the way she moves her head or feel the taste of her Ramen, its soo cringy and acting really all cute and tough especially with the male lead doesn't suit her. I have seen so many Japanese dramas with girls act like her character but they have done pretty good, but with her? Nah, I dont wanna comment on the visual side because its unfair but you know, the guy is too handsome for her and they have zero chemistry. She is a newbie probably, but that doesnt excuse her very poor acting cause in one way or another, it will affcet the dramas quality.
On a sidenote, Hyo-kun, the male lead is really handsome, like a mix of Kentaro and Kento. They couldve casted him as one of the F4 or C5 rather, oh well.
Episode 1 and 2 have already been subbed. However, it only comes in srt or soft subtitle so you need a player capable of loading subtitles in srt format.
Go watch Last Cinderella, its a good noona drama with a hot and handsome male lead.
The Woman Who Still Wants To Marry, Oh! My Lady and the latest, Tokyo Tarareba Musume. Angry Mom could perhaps also count as a cute noona crush, but not romance but it was great hehe
TODOME NO KISS is a unique yet a quite good Japanese Drama of 2018. I wasn't really attracted by its promo poster and didn't s even knew Yamazaki Kento was the guy (that boy stepped up high in this drama, both in looks and acting department). After watching Tokyo Tarareba Musume, I was looking for a new Japanese drama, (no currently airing Korean and Chinese drama's excite me), then while scrolling through MDL, I decided to just give it a try after reading the positive comments despite the not really high MDL rating. At first it kinda look "What the f@#$$k with this drama?, What the hell did Japanese writers think this time? The hell with this concept/story, lol, I thought I have seen enough weird Japanese drama's (weird in a great way, weird yet I end up loving it), but the 1st few episodes have me questioning if I should continue it or not, but just like the so many "weird" Japanese drama's I watched, which I ended up loving, I really believe that this will also delivers and yes, I wasn't wrong. It has that dark, comedy, life lessons, not draggy moments.
Yamazaki Kento's acting has really improved, and his showing his best character here. The main actress is great also.
Just wondering how both of them felt by kissing each other sooo many times in the drama
the drama is too long and so many unnecessary scenes, I skipped a lot every episodes-both the romance part of the male leads, the side stories which later became redundant. It was funny and touching at times and I can understand why some people like it but come on, its far from being a masterpiece, there are far far many good/better dramas out there, its a shame that it rated 9.2 while Six Flying Dragons, Reply 1988, Eternal Love is below it. Really MDL?
