Okay, I have no words. I am hooked and shooked and shooketh and cant-eth wait-eth for the next-eth episodeths.
Anyway, there's something that's bothering me. Given CHs"life-threatening" condition, she should not have been considered for the Crown Princess position at all, right? Also, though I'm no historian, I believe concealing an illness would be considered a felony, if not treason, given that a royal marriage between CP and CPrincess is intended to secure the throne's stability and further validate and extend the royal line. Hopefully, the writers did not overlook this story element. Let's see where they go with this.
So, this is totally unrelated but I was just wandering around on the website when I saw the "Latest Reviews section" and there stood yours with a big 1.0 Stars for Love 020. Now, I have only watched maybe 3 C-dramas, but that's enough to know who Yang-Yang is. Point being, your review was such a breath of fresh air and gave me a good laugh. I think the general consensus on this drama is that "oh its amazing etc etc" but seeing that big old 1 on the main screen of MDL just cracked me up so hard. Take a W for this, my g.
Am I the only one who feels unsettled by Chung-ha's behavior? I understand that her parents would want her to have as much freedom as possible given her heart condition, but sure, that doesn't include having her wander around unsupervised. In addition, I think the writers are pushing the Grand Prince SN and Chung-ha romance plotline too strongly. Chung-ha's actions and personality are far from endearing to me. She's literally stalking a guy she saw once? Is this their idea of a "meet-cute"? I was a little creeped out, ngl.
I took so many breaks to finish this movie. It was alright. The first half was better than the last half. The…
same. put this on for a light watch and it ended up getting boring and predictable. i wouldn't say i hated it because the first half literally carried the whole movie
This was a fun watch. For the first time we've gotten to see such diversity and it was a genuine delight to watch this drama. While the ending could have better (maybe things will be resolved in the season season? we do not know yet), Hyun-min won my heart. His expressions, dialogue, and shenanigans made me roll on the ground.
As a personal creed, I never drop any drama as soon as I start to watch it. And so with at that in mind, I was…
It is as though you have taken the words directly out of my lips. I was looking forward to watching this drama, but gave up after the eleventh episode. To be honest, I should give myself a pat on the back for having the patience to go this far, despite this drama being a dumpster fire. I don't have much to add here as you have aptly summarized—or should I say, elucidated the dire situation of this work. Thank you, and good luck with your next one.
