'The reason to watch this is the dog. Really, the dog is funny, smart, and cute.' LOL best recommendation ever. Loved 'Love Shuffle' and most of the other shows you've mentioned here. But now I just really want to watch Goo Dae Young in the 2nd Let's Eat series again. I miss Doojoon on my screen!
I don’t understand why everyone is saying YJ is creepy. Ok, his character suppose to be cold and borderline…
Yeah, that's the thing - all the dramas you mentioned have kind of romanticized these characters and tried to show it in a romantic way, whereas this show is explicit on how this might actually be a creepy behaviour.
Seol's Dark Tendencies/Flaws? *Her intentions when she went to see Young-gon after the basketball scene, makes…
@oyaaaji aah, I was watching that scene and thinking to myself that Seol wasn't supposed to be that scared of Jung, but I guess they wanted to show that in the show.. But yeah, she is a bit prejudiced towards Yoo Jung and a bit more judgmental? But she's learning not to believe everything others say about him and first ask him about it before deciding on anything so 'yay'
MAJOR SPOILER FROM WEBTOON
About Jung's personality, actually he has some mental issues
lolol @mugilock you are totally right. In real life Jung would creep everybody out I think. Personally, when I watch TV I enjoy watching more complicated characters like Yoo Jung - it creates conflict, you know. Whereas Inho.. yeah he's sweet and all but..

About Jung's personality, actually he has some mental issues
Yeah, I'm not even talking about the jealousy here with Jung. It's just how he approaches all the situations and how he has been made to live his life - not showing what he really thinks - because somehow it was bad that he stood up for himself when he was a child. Like.. that scene with that girl when he was really young.. I mean - the little girl was no angel either - and only Jung gets the blame for that? You should talk it out with the kid if you're a parent and explain what's what, not order them around. Oh wow, turns out I'm really pissed at that father :D lols. I'm just really into that whole thing what drives the characters and such.. hehe

Well, in my opinion Yoo Jung would have turned out just fine had the father not interrupted like this in his actions and bringing in the Baek siblings for Jung to turn out "normal". It's like he made him explicitly into this weird child and told him to be nice (and the reasoning behind that was just so not right). And come on, Inha is nowhere near normal. I really don't like how the father handled this situation with Jung and I blame him, truth be told..
Inha has a couple of different sides to her when the story evolves @TurkishRose
Enjoyable drama so far with a certain nice atmosphere but a bit too childish / binary in some ways. side stories…
The question still remains.. does it NEED to be accurate on all levels? I personally enjoy seeing some cliches in a drama every once in a while (and for some of them I keep watching the dramas..) And I do enjoy watching Jung's character on screen and how all the others react to his character. No need to go all deep on entertainment, you guys :D
Sometimes I think that yes, dramas have forgotten how it is in the real world, as you say @Selty .. but.. I would say that why would you watch this on tv if you could go out and see it happen under your nose. If you get my drift. And, it is a good way to remind people the other - not physical - stuff about life as well.
Anyone breathing normally after ep.8? Because my heart EXPLODED with that bench scene ❤ :D
hehehe. I know! I was hoping they'd include those scenes in the drama as well and they did not disappoint :D before this episode came out I've been reading my favourite scenes over and over :D
Just watched ep 5 fully subbed! Yoo Jung my precious bb.. okay he's not a 100% full-on sociopath, but u must admit…
also, the fact that they used that actress for her younger version completely threw me off. She played an awful character in Geum Sa Wol and I just can't get it out of my system. Whenever I see her eyes that are about to pop out and hear her scream out nonsense I just want to flip tables. Don't know if that means the little actress is that good, but whenever I see her I feel disgusted :D
Ep 5 Well here is my conclusion after all this episodes: First, don't forget that this drama is based in a manga,…
@TurkishRose yeah. that's the thing. In the final scene we can actually see that he has feelings, he just buries them deep down, because that's the way he can live the way people expect him to. What person without feelings would feel hurt by people judging them so easily and taking advantage of them? He's had a difficult childhood etc. so I don't blame him, really..
