ML forcing 2FL to marry him and not bothering to hear her thoughts about it...and 2ML is the scum? I don't really like either ML or FL anymore so it doesn't really matter. 2nd couple is cute and I'm still hanging around to watch 2ML to come to recognise how sweet 2FL is.

Skipping a lot now. Lots of empty time, filler scenes, the comedy is gone in ep's 7-8 and 3rd couple is too disagreeable to even watch.

It might seem that way if you only watch romance and idol dramas. The greatest dramas 2025 imo are The Guardians, This Thriving Land, The Embers, Northward, The Hunt, Light Beyond The Reed....I could go on and on. Legend of the Magnate is sure to win all awards. Time Raiders, The Lost National Treasure, immensely entertaining.

As regards rating, I only trust Douban. MDL ratings depend on the number of viewers and only romantic dramas have enough watchers to gain high ratings.

I'm glad you brought this up bc it didn't seem fair that they (The Hunters) had to go after completely assimilated fiends who were only harming their body bags....without even having confirmed that were fiends (where did that information come from?) I hope we get to see more about harmful deeds and plans by the fiends. Because otherwise they could easily just live side by side and the regeneration ability used in medicine to benefit all. The word speciecism comes to mind. If the fiends actually evolved from monsters to back to human form then these would be just two different species of humans. I really hope my thoughts are proved wrong in the following episodes.

Choi Woo Shik was wonderful though. A mix of manly and cute, a new type of character for him. (I remember him best from Killer Paradox). Bae Nara was good. Jung Somin is such a great actress but she didn't really belong here. She needs bigger challenges as in Soul Mechanic, she is so good in it. And unforgettable as Mudeok.

If you assume that romcoms by nature can't be intelligent and emotionally gripping, this happens to be the very day that I have watched 800 dramas. Romcoms do not need to be just unambitious or forgettable fluff.

The last episode had me rolling my eyes. Too much. I couldn't believe the obnoxious ex was still there. And not only him, his awfully ridiculous family! I barely managed to finish. I felt both nauseated and amused in a bad way (as in not genuinely amused). I swear I'll never again finish a drama which gets so dumb. 3/10 and that's my genuine heartfelt judgment of this "how low can we go and kids will still lap it up and give it tens" experiment.

I'm neither a troll or bot. It should be obvious that what we've seen before affects how we judge a drama.

If you don't want to see any negativity in MDL, if you want this to be just a fansite, fine. But I want to see also the opinions of people like me.

FL deserved a bigger verbal beating. I wish that scene had gone on for at least half an hour. "You're nothing but a paparazzi" "You're exposing people's private lives and hurting them badly".... but at least she understood that her job was not respectable.
