This is not a bromance or BL, Yi San uses scribe Nam as a discussion and debate partner to weigh the wisdom of…
If or when you turn a prominent real historical figure into a gay, you will unnecessarily hurt and anger people. In my country that happened and the result was red hot rage and death threats. Admittedly the figure was more recent than Yi San. We know from history that King Jeongjo visited Seong Ui-Bin's grave every day after her death.

Title The Queen Who Crowns Spoiler
High quality historical drama. I have nothing to criticize, only praise for how intriguing, well written, directed…
I think the decision to show nudity tanked this for the main domestic audience. At least Korea Times thinks it worked against this drama. I watched the Viki version. I think this would have reached double digits if the Viki version had been the only one. PS: They shot two different versions, the 15+ Viki version is not cut or censored

High quality historical drama. I have nothing to criticize, only praise for how intriguing, well written, directed and acted this was. The last episodes were beautiful. Cha Yoo Yong and Lee Hyun Wook were absolutely perfect in their roles. Award worthy drama and acting. PS: I didn't manage to change Lee Sung Min's role from guest to supporting role. He has a strong presence in ep's 1-6. Sources list his role as "Special Appearance" which means that an A -list actor who always only plays main characters has taken an important supporting role. (The ones in charge of MDL have misunderstood the concept of Special Appearance). I wouldn't be surprised if Lee Sung Min won a best supporting actor award though. 9.5/10.

I celebrate the coming of a world where identity and sexuality politics are not the only topics that people are interested in.

Sci fi drama that is deep, meaningful and emotional. The government has decided to eliminate humanoids bc humans have begun to get too dependent on them for their various needs. The ML is a humanoid hunter who comes across various incidents that turn his philosophies around. FL is a psychologist who uses her empathy skills to handle cases. The cases are simultaneously sad and beautiful. There are twists in the drama that are unexpected but so good. The drama could have been longer to allow for more background on the creation of the humanoids. But I liked the short form and absence of filler scenes. Highly recommended for sci fi fans. 9/10.

completely disagree. Plenty of BL dramas out there, not everything has to be BL.

It's true that this is the female version of Under the Skin. It's taking a lot of shortcuts (psychology profiling vs. evidence) knowing that we already know what to expect. I'm hoping that the cases will take my mind away from the similarities further on (currently on ep 6). But I still rather watch this than anything lighter and sugary.

They should keep go ahsung. Go ahsung to go ara, is a huge downgrade. Her acting in a lot of dramas are still…
the way she keeps munching her mouth. It was okay in Hwarang but that was quite some time ago.

The writer must be a Bridgerton fan (sex scenes + anachronisms)
yes, that influence was clear

Adventure & fantasy in a perfect mix. Maybe other people have seen more adventure dramas such as this, but I've not seen many. And this was great fun. The suspense is on a lighter side and always eased up with humour immediately after. I really like the balance between tranquil moments and action here. I like the desert environment and how we move along to new cities and environments as this proceeds. Really good and I wasn't bored at all. Female lead seems too lighthearted in the first episodes but as we get to know her, there's a reason. She's a real badass. Just wish she had been given less slutty outfits LOL. Only thing I didn't like was the ML, who was wooden and had the same expression all the time. But the comic sidekick characters, Fatty Tang, the sorcerer and the roosters, balanced that out. Suitable for whole family watching. 9/10.

Ok Taecyeon: My private life is nobody's business. Get off my back and you can't spread photos of my girlfriend without getting sued. Frankly, gossip is for the lowest scum of earth. This writer just aches to be sued. If not karma will get it. Paparazzi friendly MDL is AGAINST ACTORS WE LOVE. WE WANT ACTORS TO LIVE PEACEFULLY AND HAVE THEIR PRIVACY UNVIOLATED.

Riveting adventure sci fi drama. A train is kidnapped and the passengers find themselves fighting for survival…
The actor Liu Yi Jun is amazing, he has the best character growth arc in this.
