Ji Wan took a step forward by asking him on the date and I was disappointed he didn't choose her in the end cos…
The ball was totally on his court at the final selection, it was so sad to see! š I think Ji Wan already took the 1st step in asking him out and telling him she wanted that time with him, but he just let her go without explaining things after she caught him about to kiss the other girl. It's only natural for Ji Wan to think John is more into the other girl.
Let me be the 1000th person to say how much I want Jiwan and Chef John to be together! It's such a pleasant turn of things and they look absolutely so cute together. And I love Chef John's character development!!
She did ask him to use her on a few separate occasions, and if I recall, fell into the pool on purpose so that…
I agree with this! I don't get her and other people blaming Jae Hoon for everything he's said. He's been honest and clear with her every single time they talk. When they went on the date after Jae Hoon found out about the superior/inferior and saw that she's clearly hurt, he went out of his way to show the cameras that he doesn't want people to think that way. When he told him that he will pick her on camera, he went out of her way to tell her why he's doing it and explained his position in a respectful way (not that his positioned has changed from the very beginning when she was begging him to use her)-- she could've told him that she doesn't like that and resolved it in a mature way but she chose to be extra petty and cake his face.
Also I just think she's way smarter than what she's showing to be acting surprise that Jae Hoon didn't fall in love with her. Like she sees how Jae Hoon looks and treat Yureom every episode and she hasn't really gone out of her way to do anything special to try to get Jae Hoon to fall in love with her. That was not shocking whatsoever and her acting shook about it is weird.
I was wondering the same š why are these decisions being made? They dress the other PD so nicely and they dress…
I was just thinking about this too! She looked so good in WWW and Beauty Inside. Her height and body is literally so perfect for fashion but all her clothes in this show just looks like she just hasn't done any laundry so she wore the last 3 pieces of clothes in her closet that never matched anything.
I agree with this so much!! YSX and ZBB chemistry is insane, they felt so natural and real and mature. I think we can all agree that they shouldāve focused on a lot of the main coupleās story line and actually let us linger on the funny and romantic scenes between the two. I know we were all ff on the 2nd couple and itās really frustrating that on a lot of the episodes, they or their storyline had more screen time than the main couple. Also annoying that they had so many kiss scenes and long ones at that. I heard they might do a season 2 to make up for the lack of focus on the main leads but I think whether or not that happens, I will 100% rewatch the show just to see the main couple fall inlove again and again.
Ugh, I'm hating this season's format so much. Part of the fun of the previous seasons was the celebrity captains being so involved in their teams/picking their team members that they can get very competitive that winning and eliminations are extra emotional and touching. Plus you get to see the captains actually battle and work with their team members better. The fact that they've been reduced to become judges when Yuxin and Yibo look so clearly itching to be dancing on stage and Han Geng and Nathan's fatherly nature would be amazing as captains-- just so sad and they look so disconnected from the dancers than the previous seasons.
I also have a love/hate on the masters situation. Like obviously I love seeing past faves come back and be involved in the show without taking space from the younger generation but some of these masters are either obviously biased or they are not fitting to be mentors/judges. I CANNOT forget the verbal lashing AC gave Abby and Lucas during their assessment of the Hachi dance. He just shouted at them and hurt their feelings and his feedback was not constructive whatsoever only because Abby and Lucas were laughing trying to explain their concept-- people laugh as a coping mechanism for a lot of things, they could've been laughing because they were anxious or nervous but he just told them how worthless and talentless they were, which was completely unnecessary.
Also I hate that they dubbed this season as something specially done for the new generation when they have dance gods 26-30 y/o competing in the show and the 18-25 y/os are basically left as a B team. Don't get me wrong, good on Zyko for winning and I love watching Kyoka dance but these dancers should've been in Season 4 or maybe Season 6 with the rest of the dance gods battling at their own high level rather than leaving the youth in the dust in this season.
Ughh!! Anyway, I hope they bring back the old format in the next season. I guess Yibo was too busy this year to be a very involved captain and it wouldn't be fair if he's the only one not involved. Okay, end rant~
I'm just gonna come out and say it. I HATE the fact that I now feel bad for hating on HaeJin, JiEun, and Madam Yoo. Like these characters where so annoying the entire season and for them to turn around in the last 2 episodes and make me like them now. Ughhhhh! I wanted to feel justified in my hate for a second only for the show to make them actually so likable so quickly after 12 episodes of pain!!!
It seemed implied to be that guy indeed, but SangEun & him wanted nothing to do with each other so they never…
I could be wrong but in either Ep. 14 or 15 when Jiho was confronting Madam Yoo about the whole timeline, he said that the father was someone from her hometown, close to where the orphanage was. Idk about the CEO wife but I think the ending at the cafe was just a little "friendly" invitation to come back to be polite? Definitely awkward especially after everything
Again I find myself apparently one of the only 5 people out there who really enjoyed this beginning to end. The…
Add me to the 5 too because this show snapped for me!! I was frustrated for a lot of it because of the 2nd leads and Madam Too but I was content with the resolution.
I luurved this! I love dramas with a good sense of style, I love the way that ML's character changed, not in an…
I 100% agree! Gotta love a good character development. I also don't get why people are hating on PMY!! She's one of the Korean romcom/webtoon queens and she does them very well-- you don't expect her to be doing murder mystery.
"No means no" This!!I'm tired of romcoms romanticizing the fact that some ppl can't take no for an answer and…
I agree with this! I wouldnāt mind seeing Yeo Rum go after Jae Hoon for the rest of this drama now. She has been so shamelessly using Jae Hoon for years without thinking twice about him and he has been wayyyy too available for her. Iād love to see Yeo Rum get jealous and work to get Jae Hoon back .
I came here for this!! Ji yeon is annoying af. She literally volunteered to be used on camera then come at Yeo…
Yes, Iām right there with you! Sheās clearly very well off and very educated plus they alluded that she was supposedly sexy when she visited Jae Hoonās clinic in a sports bra so im so confused why sheās so desperately going after someone who doesnt like her. She was also shameless enough to offer to be used but she keeps thinking she can manipulate Jae Hoon to fall in love with her just by doing that. Plus sheās already been rejected by Jae Hoon maybe 2x or 3x before that kiss so idk why sheās acting like Jae Hoon is the bad guy for going after he who actually likes when he made it clear from the very beginning.
Idk, she annoys the heck out of me with her entitlement to this manās feelings when everything that sheās crying over, she did to herself .
Ji yeon pisses me off! Girl have some self respect and leave Jae Hoon alone. Her one sided love is just a burden…
I came here for this!! Ji yeon is annoying af. She literally volunteered to be used on camera then come at Yeo rum for kissing back Jae Hoon, like gurl please!!! As if youāll ever have a chance at Jae Hoon now that heās actually actively trying to pursue Yeo rum.
I canāt even get through half of Ep. 11 without getting so annoyed at KHJ, the ex-wife, and toxic villain Madam Yoo š¤.
More importantly, how ridiculous is this ex-wife thinking that if she helps KHJ get SE, that JJH will get back together with her? Like Iām sorry?? After your toxic behavior treating him like shit when yaāll were together? Does she think JJH could be so dumb to go back to that after finally learning what love is? Itās so ridiculous, it actually hurts.

Theyāre all over twitter and Instagram if you do a quick search of their names, youāll forsure see them. š

Unfortunately, the app only looking good on the phone and not ipad or tv is a Youku issue all on its own š
