Someone who wants out of their relationship would do anything to be independent and far away from the more dominant person, buy not only does he go work in the same firm, he also has been acting, in the past 3 eps, like he’s okay with following whatever she says.

I think he definitely recognized because he told the ML he thinks she’s still not over him and FL said it to him directly too. I think he’s choosing to ignore that fact and pushing himself onto her anyway because he thinks he’s better than the ML.

I’m holding off judgment on the divorce because it seems like there’s wayyy more going on there (like they’ve dated for 10 years, I hardly think the ML didn’t know what he was getting himself to) BUTTTTTT, am I the only one not sold on the 2nd ML? I feel like he is so sketchy and he makes me so freaking uncomfortable. Like how is he telling the ML that he thinks he’s already in love with the FL to the point that he’s scared she’ll end things with him when they’ve only met 2x??? And both times, she was clearly disinterested in him. And then unsolicitedly goes over the FL’s house late at night just because she wasn’t responding to him??? It’s bordering on creepy to me, not to mention the fact that the way he’s so clearly throwing himself at her feels like he’s somehow taking advantage of the FL being in a very emotionally fragile state . Ughhh, idk, maybe I’m just being too pessimistic about a perfectly good man but I feel like he’s a big red flag.

Yeah I have big problems with Su-a’s mom and Sunjae’s mom. Su-a’s mom definitely had a two-faced fake queen bee vibes to her and Sunjae’s mom is really just this selfish woman who projects her superiority complex onto her own children.

I agree! I’m surprised people are complaining about this. We don’t typically see much movement on romance until atleast ep. 5/6 on a typical romcom anyway. AND there is definitely no lack of romance in these last 2 episodes because not only is Chiyeol kicking his feet swooning about HaengSeon,he’s practically a goner for this woman already. Episode 4 already tells us that after he’s giddily smiling his ass off in bed after HS tackled him down, seeing her first thing the morning after to see how embarassed she can get, excitedly coming over for a special meal that he gives up caffeine!!, and acting like a broken hearted man who lost all his spirit after being banned from Nation’s Best. I’m quite excited for this more mature romance to unfold.

Okay yes!! Their kissing scenes has been the hottest for me, only to add the part about him taking his shirt off, because also WOW. He’s definitely such a good kisser and I AM SO GLAD Hee Jae (Ahn Heeyeon) is also an amazing kisser. I’ve watched the ep. 4 scene again in brighter lighting and the amount of tongue used was amazing for a kdrama.

Also yes, all the romance has been so cute and the sex scenes between the main couples were wonderfully done as well. I love the fact that in the beginning, InChan was lowkey kinda dating HeeJae already (without her knowing apparently) before he even had sex with her. It was very sweet.

WOWOWOW. I meaaann, WOW. This drama is fantastic!! I don’t even wanna talk about how this is a much needed breath of progressive piece of an asian drama or how the topics discussed are much needed or how great the main leads are. I don’t even wanna talk about how the soft porn of it all looks very much fake from the first couple of episodes 😂 BUT, can somebody PLEASE talk to me of how good of a kisser Kang InChan (Park Sunho) is? 😩 I mean, WOW. The man got me hot and bothered the way he kisses in all the episodes, but most especially in Ep. 4 😩🤤🤯 Quite possibly the best kissing I’ve seen in a k-drama 😩😭

I agree! Yang Hua definitely said both wo shi huan ni and wo ai no to Qin Shi early in the drama. The first time was when he was drunk/ drinking with his bestfriend and he drunk call QS said some flowery words and in the end told her he loves him before he passed out. The 2nd time, if im not wrong was the following morning, QS straight up asked him if he likes her and he said yes, he likes her and asked if he could be her bf.

Meanwhile, QS has just always said things like “were together now” “my man” “i like him” and never really said those words to his face. While it was implied that she has feelings for him, she never really told him. YH would even ask him questions in a way that would give her an opportunity to either say she loves him or she’d rather go back with her ex but she would just say “were married already” “im already married” “im with you”.

Okay, I loved this show lol I didn’t expect much from it because the first couple of episodes were such a snooze fest but once RenVen CP got going, every episode was just wayyyyyy too much sweetness 😩😭 I really hope they survive the long distance and follow the path of the ultimate CP Junjun and Kaiwen.

Even though I hated the format of the Peony village and the fact that Cao Ye was just removed out of nowhere midseason, I really liked that the show created so many opportunities for them to get to know each other. I especially loved how they did the 1st dates and when they looked at each other’s childhood photos because it allowed them to get to know why they are who they are now. I also kinda like the love radio, it was so retro.

I was also lowkey rooting for Jeff and Cao Ye, their banter feels like so much chemistry to me. Also lowkey mad, the editing in the reunion ep. made it seem like Jess and Cai Rui might have gotten closer to dating each other only for it to be nothing, smh. But I wish everyone the best, they were all so precious and innocent and I hope they all find what they’re looking for.

Lastly, I think this show has one of the best panelists there are!! I always love seeing Wang Ju on dating shows because she’s funny as heck and she has so much experience in love. She doesn’t hold back and she’s such a queen. Zhai Xiaowen is such a delight and Zhong Chuxi as a fangirl felt like she was one of us, rooting for RenVen CP 😭 Wang Cong and He Guangzhi were great too and Shen laoshi was actually very insightful. Can’t wait for Season 2 and I hope they keep the same panelists.

I have no idea how to feel about this drama lol I loved it and I hated it at the same time. I loved the main characters and basically everyone part of their guild in the game. HJM and LWW are cute from the get go, GQB very hot and good looking, LGH and Young Master were also funny altogether. I also loved Song Chi and the fact that every single time they’re gossipping, they were also eating melons 😂💀

But this drama was trying to do wayyyy to much themes and topics and wayyy too little of a plot. They probably could have been better had they tried to do a little less and focused on those. Not to mention the shit editing and tons of missing scenes that are pretty important. Many of the characters introduced just disappears and I’m still confused about GQB and his inner turmoils.

Anyway, can we also talk about the fact that Lu Wanwan just lived every fangirl’s dream here? Must be so nice to live my dreams lmao

I’m only in ep. 11 but what the heck is the deal with making Lu Guanghan’s friend as a 2nd ML?? It’s so cringe lmao she’s literally half his age and (not to be shallow, this is an idol drama afterall, but) look-wise, he cannot even compare to HJM or GQB. Even LGH is wayyyyy better looking 🫠

It was definitely very lacking romance-wise in the middle but there were also so much going on that I didn’t feel bored with it either. I guess, it also helped somehow that I spoiled myself and I knew going into it that the romance is gonna take a backseat in the middle of the drama.

Yes!! I do agree, I love the fact that we got quite a few episodes of them finally being together and finding out how YZ is actually pretty naughty. 😂 I also loved how it wasn’t just one sided and LW is not scared of initiating kisses when she’s feeling it.

Ughh, YQ and SGJ love story was so precious. I thought they might have kissed when YQ was drunk and putting SGJ’s swords to sleep OR after YQ got lashings (both times) or when YQ won her back the 2nd time around and they still didn’t 😩 There were so many good opportunities for them.

Let me be the 8272627383 person to say I LOVED THIS DRAMA SO SO MUCH 😭 I tend to ne picky with wuxia/xianxia/ancient drama just because of its tendency to be so drawn out and heavy all season but the premise of this drama had me waiting for it to finish so I can binge it and binge I did! I literally fell in love with Bai Jingting and Tian Xiwei both as separate actors and as a cp. I am obsessed whenever BJT whispers/murmurs something because it’s just so hilarious. The man has such a knack for comedic delivery while TXW with her big beautiful eyes and smile just gives so much life to her character and I loved seeing her character growth in this show while still being kept true to who she is inside.

The world building, the story, the subplots, the costumes, the chemistry between all the cast is just INSANE and GORGEOUS. We all talk about the precious sisterhood and women empowerment in this drama, but I also like to point out the precious brotherhood in this show— Brothers 3 and 5, even 7, 9, and 11 became so precious to The 6th Young Lord especially during a time where they were all being pressured by the 2nd to go against 6th. The story makes fun of how dumb the 5th Young Lord was (and yes he is, and he had his faults in the 1st part of the show, esp. when it comes to Jingjing) but he turned out to be the most caring brother of them all and he has been at 6th YL’s side even when he was still pretending to be weak and sick.

I know the romance in this show is not everyone’s cup of tea, it’s very much such a slow burn but also not at the same time. Both the ML and FL established that they were in love with each other so early in the story but because of all the subplots in the middle, the romance seems to fall flat for a lot of folks. However, I think that even through the middle part of the show, there were still quite a bit of romance showed, even though they were very minute, they felt somehow important given the context of whatever is happening (ie. the scene where LW asked YZ for repudiation when she was planning the escape for HJ.)

Overall, this drama is so so amazing and it’s definitely one of the amazing ones that came out in 2022. Im happy with it as is, but a small part of me do hope for a 2nd season, especially so we can see the new mother and the new Lord of Xinchuan.

Ahhhh, definitely the best season out of the 5 so far. Best friendships and best CPs. I’m rooting so hard for my main LeoWan CP to be endgame forever even though Haoran stressed me tf out in the middle there for no good reason 😤😭 Also rooting for Qiuyi and Zheyang to be endgame. Idk if they’re still trying to date but Zheyang CANNOT find a better person for him than Qiuqiu, she’s a fucking a icon and my new role model. I felt so so badly for Xiao Pai to not end up with anybody but I think he deserves to discovered into idol dramas lol. Overall such a good season. ❤️ Im glad to root for more CPs out of this series more than QiWen and TianYi.

Also I think the talking on the phone before meeting each other is so fun BUT. I do miss them walking into the house one by one, having introductions, struggling cooking and picking seating arrangements lol I also hate that there was practically no official 3rd date when the mini dates were barely used. And I have such an issue with the house this season lmao like it has no flow whatsoever 😂 i think its a very particular problem but I think my favorite house was the S2 house.

Also I tend to not like bad endings so Ill probably skip it lmao I remember outright dropping Love Timing S2 cus I saw a spoiler that my ship was not gonna be endgame 😂
