Okay I’m glad we all agree on the characters to hate the most because I feel like almost 85% of the characters in this drama are so unlikable 💀 But I haven’t seen anybody bring up the FL’s brother. He definitely makes the top 5 most annoying/ most infuriating / most hateable character for me. And it’s very subtle too. Like first of all, the AUDACITY for this man to even give an ounce of opinion about what his sister should do with her pregnancy when 1) He literally got someone pregnant in high school, 2)He literally has a child as a single father, and 3) literally the sister feeds their entire family.
Alright guys, I’m starting this!! I’m 1 episode in and I’m already in love with Pan Mingjun 😩😭 Im…
Okay, I binged 3 episodes and I take it back!!! I’m very confident in 实名CP! PMJ is such a smooth operator 😮💨 and 3 episodes is overflowing of sweetness!
That Ep. 4 preview tho 👀 All I’m saying is I feel like PMJ does not deserve ZRX stabbing him in the back going after the same girl when they literally have a bromance going on! 😭😭 I know its part of the reality of the show but dont make me hate you Lao Zhang!!!
Rumor or this could be true… Pan Mingjun has a gf outside of the show…My 实名CP (Xiaoshi n Mingjun) ends…
Just started this and came here to find you haha im also on 实名CP train but a little nervous for Minjun 😭😭 Imma need him to pull a Qijun and win over Xiaoshi
This got pulled because they tried to make there own version of top gun and the actual chinese airforce watched…
Are you okay? This movie project is literally a government movie and actual real life chinese test pilots were consulting during the making of this movie. It was delayed due to China’s shutdown of theaters due to COVID but it now has a release day of April 28th.

How is it?should i watch it.Its 40 episodes. And the male chases female tag scares me i dont want that.Is it really…
Definitely watch this!! Don’t let the tag scare you, it was such a slow burn romance and its not the typical ML chasing the FL. Overall it feels like they both felt feelings about each other, the ML just had a bit of a headstart.
This might be a hot take here but I immensely enjoyed this drama. It was so beautiful, especially the 2nd part of the drama, that I don’t even care about plot holes 😂 I also waited to binge the last 4 episodes and I think that was such a good idea because it was such a rollercoaster ride for me and I was a sobbing mess for 4 and half hours. This drama has been so funny too. And Kim Jung Hyun was, as usual, such a brilliant actor to watch. Even if this was the first I fully watched Im Soohyang’s drama, I also really enjoyed her. The ending was fantastic too.
Yeah, good. A few things didn't make sense. Why did his powers start to fade a few episodes in? Although it didn't…
The 2 sidekicks are basically minor gods. In the first few episodes they were introduced during the backstory, when Kokdu was suffering and the creator was explaining to him how he will be freed, he basically said that those two minor gods will accompany him. The woman is the god of gossip and the man is god of wealth or money (I dont remember exactly what gods they used but this is the gist). In the mortal world, the man’s credential is basically a chaebol and the woman was an influencer or an online persona. Kokdu being on Earth usually doesnt need explaining much because he steps into the life of the person’s body that just died (aka Oh Hyun’s reincarnation).
If you mean the group that was created in Youth With You 3, then it's a unique situation. The group had little…
I think I might be able to provide some context here. So the idol groups formed from Chinese survival shows were only really contracted for 1 year to be a group then they get disbanded. Some idols go back to their original groups and debut in their company group, some go solo, etc. The idol to actor pipeline is very real, I think same with Korea (Siwon, Suzy, Yoona, Rowoon, etc.), but it’s more evident in China especially since the government banned idol groups and survival shows because of the controversy from Youth with You 3 so now the idols only choice to stay in the industry is to go straight to acting in dramas OR if you’re really a good singer and have the following, then you can go solo (Some from the Nine Percent group from Idol Producer CN did this).
As far as other idols though, they were trainees in Korea first and/or debuted as an idol in Korea (UNIQ, WJSN Cheng Xiao and Wu Xuanyi, etc.) and had to halt their group activities because of the hallyu ban that China enforced late 2016 (i think!) so these idols had to come back and do solo activities in chinese entertainment. I think the ban is not as strict now so some chinese idols that debuted post hallyu ban didn’t get affected but some very mixed korean-chinese groups like UNIQ, WJSN, EXO and others were affexted because they were already prominent kpop idols when the ban came about.
Zhang Hao is amazing and he absolutely deserves to debut and reach stardom! 100% rooting for him. He’s also signed under Yue Hua (same label as UNIQ- Wang Yibo and WJSN) and I know YH is not the best but they know how to find some absolute gems ✨
Am I the only one enjoying the childish romantic banter between Kokdu and HGJ? 😂 They’re both so unserious it’s funny when they try to be romantic lmao
My biggest "complain" about this drama is how they introduced Kokdu executing heavenly judgement every day, made…
Okay I was just thinking about this when I was was getting caught up ep. 6-10. It was such a huge part of what we knew of Kokdu so kinda wild it just rainbows and roses all of a sudden on that end of things.
The interactions between CCY and his new assistant were wonderful, because she was originally the girl whose name…
Yes! But also they have such great lighthearted and fun chemistry. Especially when they were at Tiffany’s 😂 She automatically became CCY’s “dealing with a girl” guru.
I was absolutely adamant that I wasn’t gonna accept a good ending for the bad mothers and maybe Sua before I started ep. 15 but I absolutely ate up everything from the last episode 😂😭💀 Whatever though, this romcom was absolutely not perfect by any means— especially the mystery/thriller sub-plot and the forced supporting couple— but the wrap up was pretty freaking great all around.
Some underrated scenes for me: -interactions between CCY and his new female assistant -the redeemed bromance/friendship between CCY and the other math/homeroom teacher.
I loved this drama and I’m absolutely excited for what the future projects will come to the young actors from this show, especially Roh Yoonseo— my girl has been killing it drama after drama (Our Blues, 20th Century girl, and now this) 🙌🏽🤩
