Right! By the time the Joseon bad guys were sentenced or when Joseon Tae Ha passed, I was expecting Chun Myung to show up and talk to her about the situation. Or I was atleast expecting her to seek her out so she can figure out how to go back to Seoul. Instead we just got sad scenes that doesn’t seem to be really of Yeon Woo’s character.
The cliff jumping didn’t confuse me much since to me, it was heavily implied that she was gonna get transported back to Seoul once she hit the water but when they didn’t show the similar process as the first time around I was just confused. Did she just die there? This is also the time when the tree blossoms in Seoul all left and there was a delay when the blossoms came back and when she came back to Seoul so what’s with the delay in transporting back? The whole scene just made me extra confused and it made me think he was just imagining her. Then the end wedding like where is everybody?

I liked this drama until 1/3rd into the last episode and then it just dragged. And then that ending was just so so mediocre and questionable. Listen, I don’t even care about the Joseon Tae Ha vs. Seoul Tae Ha discourse going on here cus I get what they are trying to do with that. Im more bothered by the fact that we got 20 minutes of pointless sad loner vibes and a weird Seoul comeback (cus why is she in a different hanbok? Why is she not coming from the pool?) at the last minute instead of them just bringing her back to Seoul sooner and wrapping every storyline up nicely in that 20 minutes.
Who else is annoyed at the Sang-do storyline? LOL It’s so unnecessary and he feels so pathetic “declaring war” for something he has no chance over. I can’t stand 2MLs who doesn’t know when to back off but this is even worse when he thinks he has a chance for some reason? Instead of being the successful, supportive friend that he is now, he just seems to be more isolated and delulu. Hate that for him.

I feel this same way. Gu Sheng and Mo Qingcheng’s relationship evolved too fast and then it was just 20 episodes of them being sweet with each other. That wouldn’t be a problem except I just feel like I was force fed this whole relationship when they have 10 other side characters that they could’ve atleast explored with to balance it out. Basically we ended up with so many side characters as a fodder to this couple. There’s 2 side cps that we’ve been given nuggets of throughout 30 episodes and we barely got their story in such a rushed way in the end as well.
I’ve let all the dumb logic go so far but Ep.17-18, she basically left him and their team because she doesn’t think she can be rational with his racing and she’ll hold her back then turn the next episode for her to approve to invite him to basically join her old new team to race the fastest car she created??? What’s the point then!? So over the FL.

I’m today years old finding out about SK’s enlistment and I think my heart just broke a little. This is absolutely his best role and he’s never done something to me until this drama. He’ll be missed 🥲

LMFAO I watched this drama literally a whole month ago. I’ve said what I’ve said and left. Anyway, it’s my own opinion that I commented on this forum and clearly I’m not alone based on all the other comments here. If you have other opinions, post your own comment, don’t camp under mine 😊
First of all, 40 hour+ long episodes were such a chore! This drama could’ve been condensed to 20-25 episodes without all the filler nonsense. But secondly, the main couple is so dang boring 😩 I really wnted to like them but after all the truth came put, their story just went downhill. I’ve never watched a 40 episode drama before purely for the 2nd cp. Yu Quan and Jing Fei’s storyline makes so much more sense and I LOVE LOVE how their story wrapped. I only wish we saw more of their story rather than all the nonsense in the 2nd half of this drama. Other than that, Liang baba and Wei baba were such stars for me.
Imma say it, every other couple in this drama is more thrilling to watch than the main couple. Mark-Ou Wen? Chef’s kiss! The farmer-investor? Adorable!! I was also very much intrigued with the main couple’s story line in the beginning but the triangles and flashbacks dragged on way too long.
I’ve been in a drama slump and finally got the energy to start it and OMG this just saved me!! I’m so into this drama I’m about to read the webtoon 😂😭 the 1 episode/week is gonna drive me insane!!! Also why is the 4th ep. still 9 days away? 😩
