I think show should have ended on episode 36, the time-jumps and ecosystem modernization in such short span aren't actually that convincing.

seriously,,, the FL is out there righting all the wrong choices because of her second chance but she couldn't digest the fact that the ML is on the same journey despite the fact that him being right beside her every step of the way. she really got a number done on her.

i am loving the pace of the show.
this is for you if you are into slow romance.

Wrong actor choice for the Male Lead for sure. he was with the same expression all through the show. the Female lead and other actors at-least had put some effort.

for some reason this show is refreshing.

I like the way how this plot is unfolding.

I have like added this one to my watchlist and have been putting off watching for long. finally picked it up, Boy O Boy i am loving the pair, budding romance and the story sofar.

'Kim Yoo Jung''s screen presence and acting resemble so much to that of 'Jung So Min''s.
Love watching both these actors. both are talented and beautiful.

well boy wasn't the only reason why she wanted to kill herself. the actual reason is her being an odd man out and not being able to accept being treated as outcast while the other one was so able to be polar opposite so easily it's just that the boy ended up a catalyst for the desperation.

A lot of time people in real life tend to struggle when they find hard while it comes so natural to others. which is why we all need to be a little mindful about pushing anyone to a corner.

story, romance, acting, screenplay was good.
only thing is they left it to mystery as to how & why the hell they were able to travel between time to meet each other. what made it happen ?
it can't be just LOVE at all because they are completely off different timelines to ever cross each other in a way that would act as a catalyst to get where the show ended them up.

True but LLTG FL liked ML right from the start, she didn't want to acknowledge it as she felt it might be a cage if she chooses the very strict general and aristocrat.

It's actually an excellent story and a romantic one at that too.

Actors did a good job, romance between the leads is on point.

This would have more suited for a movie or a short drama max 8 episodes, but the drama ended up up so dragged with unnecessary stuff to make it upto 14 episodes.

I am delighted to see my fav actor and actress together on the screen

i am not saying it's not, the plot is so close to the shows that i mentioned in terms of romance, scheming & revenge, is what i felt at the end of it. so i mostly skipped through it.
my thoughts were if they worked on adding weight to certain aspects of the plot it would have been interesting for me to watch.

all in all this show is about a Noble lady given a second chance sets out to make amends for the wrongs she did commit the last time around but little did she know that she is in no position to change the course of others except for hers.

personal opinion the show deserves a rating in between 7.5 to 8 but not > 8

The plot of SOKP was so in parllel to "Love Like the Galaxy". and Also somewhat to "Nirvana In Fire S1".
The last 6eps which were about unfolding the twist and the romance didn't get enough screen time. it should have atleast been 10 eps, they should have instead paced up the harem shit in the first 30 episodes to make room for the real story in the last 6 eps so that it would have time for audience to digest and feel the plot.

In one of the trailers LiNi was bawling his eyes out with CuiLin/HeYing lying lifeless in his arms. if it is what i think it is, my guess is he will set up everything for the imperial grandson to return and see to it that it's stable and leaves for lulon pass to live out his days in solitude.

imagine a guy texting sorry instead of apologizing in person if he does something like the FL did. the whole female world will collapse saying "the audacity the he has, how could he, how could he.. girl leave hi you deserve better."

All he said was running away isn't the solution, it's not his mistake if the FL is an air head. meanwhile he keeps giving her every opportunity to apologize in person by putting himself in front of her but she either keeps running away or surrounds herself with men she says she is not interested in.

ML is forthright from the beginning, it's the FL that lacks here because of the guilt she started this with impure intentions. if she really loves him she should really get to it and apologize in person first, dash her way into it. instead she keeps giving the ML all the wrong intentions by backing off, showing up with other pursuers......

FL and SFL are really twisted characters in this show especially SFL with her games.
ML and TML have been taking the initiatives every step of the way except for the first move and they both still get treated and looked at as if they don't.

what do the they (FL + SFL) expect ? I Love you from the very first second and Men drool behind them like a dog that's after a bone.
Male Characters are matured in this show.(period)

FL for sure is blinded by her own belief that "this is the only way of doing things". she always ends up a damsel in distress because she is oblivious to consequences of her actions and never has fallback plan. Also if analyzed and noticed that actually all her tactics are inconsiderate of the people involved in.
It can be expected since FL character is scarred from the experience of watching her mother die and running for life from invaders.

Male character also knows what he wants, also knows what follows is the endless chaos and scheming after he submits to what the FL character wants. because the moment he throws his hat in the ring and contends for the throne, someone else can too if not now then later.
