And man where do i even begin like woww i honestly don't have enough words how i am OBSESSED with it right now i'm so picky that i feel like this is the first ever historical drama i've ever watched where i didn't get bored & stop watching it after a few eps. THIS. DRAMA. IS. JUST. EVERYTHING. FROM THE ACTING CINEMATOGRAPHY STORY YOU NAME IT. EVERYTHING. (and i don't just say this lightly ever) drama so good it made me read through the whole novel because i couldn't get enough of them!!!!!!!

i'm on my 10th ep of this drama, and all i can say is that i'm so sorry for putting this off for so long bcs of zhang linghe 😭 like i almost missed out on a great sugar-induced drama!!!!! i can't stop from smiling, giggling, kicking my feet every episode omgggg i love their slow burn and the pacing of their dynamic sm!!! And also this drama is great at keeping my attention and there's no boring/cringe moments so far at all
