That does sound nice- reminds me of most Jdrama portals in MDL where you can actually debate without fearing being dragged into unnecessary drama.
K/C Drama fandoms can be so polarizing at times though. I've noticed it particularly in dramas with popular cast members mostly 🙈

Last year I got caught up with some antifans on Lovely Runner's page (interesting enough some of their arguements remind me of some of the comments that were thrown at you). Once you stop engaging with them, they try to play the victim card but eventually lose interest. They are just in it to cause chaos 🤦‍♀️

There seems to be more than what meets the eye with the ML. At the moment he seems like a red flag (as of ep 1 at least) but he might not be as bad as he is made out to be.

Then again it's a jdrama so anything could happen 🙈

He did or at least it seemed like he knew- remember how he told her she can't drink alcohol before the teachers interrupted them?

You do have a point there ngl. It's the same even with Kdramas and Jdramas unless the ML is a co-worker, classmate or he's part of the same group as the SFL 🙈

I guess in some Asian countries at least, your friends don't really interact with your significant other unless it's needed/ they were already mutual close friends 🙈

True. From what I've noticed, usually warrior fans go balistic when shippers go overboard continuously but I haven't even noticed any real life related shipper content here. In fact more were more interested about matchmaking the SML and SFL's characters 🙈

He really did an amazing job- the way his emotions transcended from being openly annoyed and frustrated to being vulnerable/ a little glimmer of happiness🙂‍↔️

The way he broke down once he realized it wasn't a dream 💔

And the way how during the course of the night, they gradually shifted from their "separate" positions? The subtext behind it made me so giddy 🤭

That's the sad part really. Their rage has blinded their true goal of supporting ZLH in a positive manner.

The SFL isn't really his friend/ nor are they class mates.

She's supposed to be a "tough" girl who tends to push all her friends away (even YT) when times are hard. If you watch closely, it's usually Yin Tao who starts most of their interactions. That being said, the SFL isn't a mean girl. She's protective of YT but has her own way of showing it.

Yes! So many powerful moments too. Some of my favourite moments from ep 21 include the way YT declared how she's been waiting all her life for JQX and also their bed sequence.

The way they are ganging up on you is quite shocking ngl. It's practically stalking if this was real life- quite extreme seeing as you aren't insulting ZLH.🙊

It doesn't even really make sense to call you a shipper even. Out of curiousity I checked out ZLH's page- ngl reading the comments almost made me question my comprehension seeing as I didn't have any issues understanding the drama😅😅😅

I guess the lesson here is to not to get too passionate about anything?🙈

Don't let them stop you from enjoying your space at ZLH's fandom though. 🙂‍↔️
It's just a difference in tastes . If they truly think there was some sort of repetitive injustice, they can raise the issue with ZLH's agency🤷‍♀️

TMAI- the "true" fan thing and the many many fan levels get me too.
I used to think Antis are the worst but overtime, I feel like the trouble they cause is less compared to what toxic fans do.

The sad thing is that this is applicable for all fandoms across the world.🫠

Honestly if you consider the fact that the drama is in the FL's pov, the ML's actions and limited screentime make sense. Once they clear all misunderstandings, his true identity is clearly portrayed.

Bonus points also should be given for the fact that the FL didn't gloss over her stress and trauma.

With the ML, his character is complex and the drama does rely alot on subtext to portray his true intension. TBF though viewers can't expect the drama to spoonfeed every minute detail right? The mystery behind his character makes the story more interesting (even if it is frustrating at times to see how hurt the FL was at times)🙈
