Yeah, it's like I am seeing "I feel you Linger in the air" situation all over againπ
Haha I was thinking the exact same thing. In my side of Asia, even some wives call their husbands "brother" out of respect -(in my language, "elder brother" literally can be used on any elder male regardless of your relationship/ familiarity π )
Same goes for younger bro and elder/ younger sister π

So true - I still can't believe that it's been nearly a year and yet STILL IFYLITA doesn't get half the attention most of the mass produced generic dramas get π€¦ββοΈπ€¦ββοΈ
Hopefully Unknown will manage to get the spotlight it truly deserves - they earned it!
PS: the taboo brothers thrope- i still don't get the big deal about it since technically Qian was a kid himself when he first took Yuan under his wing. I get his protective and did nurture Yuan, but enough to boycott the series? Seems like a stretch π π π Or am I being too naive/ bias?
I was watching when the actors were told they were going to watch episode 11 and 12 with the fans. And they started…
Ooooh they actually said that?
Guess that makes sense since the trailer did indicate right before the nc scene, Yuan was upset with Qian for some reason. They'll probably spend an entire episode covering this angle of their relationship since it's important and then start ep 11 with the nc scene like with cKiseki Dear to me" ππ
that totally makes sense! I think you might be right
2521 is the one thorn I can't get rid off - Yi Jin needs justice πππ π π π
Hated the ending and sadly i don't think we'll ever get s2 either.
Have you watched "Behind your touch"? The series did have a parodie version that's basically 5155 where spoof versions of Haedo and Yi Jin reunite 30 years later π
Ok so no matter how much I thought I wasn't able to wrap my mind arround ML's suside. I mean he was planning to…
It's a possibility atm I guess. Specially since she pretty much gave him the exact same speech he gave her during the competition call -"thanks for existing"πππ
It's rather poetic though how his final moments was in the pool- his life was swimming at one point after all π
that totally makes sense! I think you might be right
I could be wrong but SJ's interractions with Sol after the accident till his π in ep 1 seem a little unusual once you find out about the crush- like he is yearning for something lost but it's something beyond missing a chance to be with her. Kind of like he had something and was forced to let go (i may be being a tad delulu here tho πππ)
They don't have to be friends even in the past but at least acquaintances π π π
Also it seems strange that not even her mother couldn't recognize her bias (seeing as she was a fan of him since 2009 and SJ was definitely in the neighborhood at least till 2008 and he uses his real name).
The more reels I see of ep 2 (including fan reels with bits from the trailer), the more I'm convinced that Sol knew Sun Jae in the original timeline as well but she simply forgot him for some reason (probably because of the accident?).
the English version I was able to find is machine translated apparently so grain of salt. Also I didn't read the…
It helps that both Qian and SP (despite all the SP hate) aren't really problematic guys essentially and have their hearts in the right place. Qian is a greenflag for sure and from the little we know about SP, he isn't a red flag and genuinely cares about the Whei family.
If Q and SP were questionable red flags, Unknown can easily turn into a Thriller about 2 underage kids suffering from intense stockholm syndrome ππππ

Poor Qian though...imagine reading the letter and then finding out Yuan's captured by the mobππ
