Considering how bl has been handled in some of the recent hetero kdramas though I'm not sure if we will get to see Do Han actually date somebody worthy. 😅

The drama version of AJ is wayyy better than the webtoon - I mean her character feels so fresh and stands out way better here than if they went for the cliché Cinderella approach.

Sadly communication isn't in their vocabulary (though there has been some improvement i guess) 🙊

Also TBF Jihan is like a giant puppy. Do Han being gay pretty much means that Ji Han wasted years working on his plan to get hold of the company via marriage. Who'd have the heart to tell him?😅😅😅

Between Do Han's silence/lies by omission, the SFL's proposal, the FL's lies, and whatever hell the nasty reporter has in store for him, it's going to be quite a ride 😅😅😅

The marriage is currently just Do Han's means of avoiding taking the chair without outing his Gay status just yet. Seeing how tenacious Ji Han is, he'll definitely come up with some kind of plan that can help Do Han if he knows the entire situation.

He has his suspicions that the couple is upto something but he doesn't know the exact reason except for the fact that Do Han is deadset about marrying the FL (even enough to cut his own brother out of his life if he crosses the line). That's why he feels guilty about going against the bro's wishes and falling for the FL. Once he finds out the whole story, I guess he will be more supportive.

Ji Han isn't aware of Do Han's situation yet- that's why he feels so guilty about falling for the FL in ep 6 🙊

Even if he didn't like the FL, the ML can't be expected to marry the SFL simply because he used to like her - feelings change.

The problem behind the SFL's proposal is that she didn't get the ML's consent despite them being friends. At least in the ML's harebrained scheme of marrying off the brother with the SFL, BOTH parties were aware of his plan (yes, they didn't agree but they humoured him)- there's no surprises involved and rejection would not really have a major impact to the family/ company since there is nothing public out- just rumours.


But in the SFL's case, she negotiated using the company as a trumpcard with the grandfather without getting censent from the ML (why? She was afraid the ML would reject her plan) AND she already completed her part of the bargain (the mall i mean) - so this in a way forces the grandfather to pressure the ML to marry the SFL unless he wants to cancel the deal in an embarrasing public manner that can affect not just their relationship with the SFL but the company's stocks.

Since the ML is deadset about killing his feelings for the FL, he might go ahead with the marriage plans with the SFL at least at first but he will change his mind eventually.

If it helps, the ML will have his moment of karma next week once he finds out that he was the bargain chip that was used to get the Mall in the end AND he will be the one preparing for a loveless marriage (the ML no longer has feelings for the SFL and is even happy to get her married off to his bro so there's no romance for him )

It's a chinese (or asian i guess since it comes up alot) belief that if you fold 1,000 paper cranes your wish will come true.

Eventhough the ML scoffed at the idea calling it a superstition he was so desperate to get rid of his feelings, he even did that.

Also as a bonus, I think the location of the last scene where the FL and Ml walk together was the "mecca of breakups" that was mentioned in the same online search results that suggested the paper cranes.

I wouldn't be surprised if New did strangle Tee- he did try it once already - hallucination or not 🐒

About the SFL being caring- she's nice but not that nice if she has to use the mall and the grandfather to marry the ML. The least she could have done was ask the ML if he was interested before negotiating with the grandfather.
I won't judge her though since the ML pretty much was planning to do the same thing with the SFL and his brother. I'm still hoping she doesn't get influenced by the step sister though.

As for the FL- yes she is chaotic, blunt, and isn't exactly a dainty Miss goody two shoes. But you can't deny that she genuinely cares about the brothers and her family in her own way. She stands up for them and isn't afraid to let her claws out to protect the ones she cares about.

If you watched ep 6 you'll see the ML go beyond the extra mile to put a distance between himself and the FL.

The ML is lonely and is starving for love from everybody (even his family)while the FL is too caring - he's bound to fall for her😅
