I saw some comments that the ending doesnt make sense because nothing could come between them anymore but their kids are now likely in love...right? am I getting that wrong? I think both characters would not go down that path after so long to ensure they werent obstacles that keep their kids apart like they had obstacles keeping them apart?

tuo is forceful in the beginning and they don't really address it fully. but it isnt a theme that it continues as their relationship progresses.

not sure about all the reviews dogging the season. it was more of the same with a bit weaker plot points. it was very clearly written to tie the ends a bit more and so there can be an American spin-off based on the last clip. its a show that can easily be adapted to different cultures so I can see it working. I'm glad the end doesnt leave us dangling with the idea arisu and usagi are going back for a 3rd time.

I hope the next episode has a little more too it. for 8 episodes the pacing feels a bit off. I think it was necessary build up to not force the relationship with this mentor but I hope they hasten the pace a bit for this upcoming few episodes. so far still worth it but the 2nd episode had less impact than the first.

I started this not knowing only one episode is out. its giving Queens Gambit x The Glory vibes. episode 1 was really good. I usually binge shows but so far I plan to come back in a week to keep up with the series!

the director of this drama also directed when I Fly Towards you, so maybe try his other shows. one of my favorite is Lets Meet Now, has some of the same actors from WIFTY and has a very wholesome good feeling of friendship developing into love.

it's tagged like that because a lot of male leads love her. it isn't giving true harem vibes just that she has a lot of options.

labeling something bl drama doesn't diminish anything. that's clearly your own stigma of the bl genre. many bl's capture various themes light and dark

oh that would make sense of why I can't remember what show it was, I think I dropped that drama part way through

either I've watched this before and forgot, I've watched another show where the guy lives across the balcony from the girl and it's surprised revealed, or I watched too many edits on tiktok at one point that I'm getting such strong deja vu. someone please help me out if there is a similar plot in another drama where he moves into a building across from her balcony

okay I care less about the actors given one isn't super young. but it would be weird to me if the roles they were playing had a big age gap and I hadn't started it yet, so thanks for answering!
