Background music is really well used. For example, at the beginning of ep 5, I had to minimize the screen because the sound creates such suspense and eeriness.

This drama gets better once you're onto ep 4, so just be patient.

I like Zhou Ye and look forward to seeing her magic in ELM.

In Chinese, it's common to have "xiao = little" placed in front of someone's name, especially if that person is close to you. It's almost a term of endearment. Eg. when LYY reconnected with his coach/Mr. He, LYY was addressed as "Xiao Liu = Little Six" because he was the 6th and last disciple. Age is also a small factor in being addressed with xiao unless "xiao" is officially part of your name, like Meng Xiao Dong and Meng Xiao Tian.

Just do a quick word scan of those posts. If it doesn't line up with your view, just scroll on. Worst case scenario, just do a temporary block on those users and you won't see their posts. Your feed will be a lot cleaner. To BLOCK, click on their name which will take you to their profile page, click on the DROPDOWN for +Add Friend, select BLOCK USER. You can always unblock them when you're done with this show. Keep your sanity and don't engage with toxicity. =)

Yup, I love it! Such camaraderie in the circuit among them, on and off the field. There's strong respect yet also neck-to-neck competition. When you bring a top notch game, you respect your opponent just as much for being able to deliver the same level of caliber.

I skip those comments. Why get upset reading someone else's long silly posts, especially if they talk trash and don't seem to understand relationship dynamics themselves? I had a good laugh over YG's anglicized name on LYY's compass. GUO = fruit. But often in Mandarin, the "r" sound is pronounced with a 'L' sound. Thus, fruit becomes "FluLet." I had to zoom in to see what was on the compass and could only make out the "Let" part in gray. I think the red part was "Flu." 😜🤣 Too hilarious!

I was moved too when they reconnect. Such a powerful scene. I'm also glad LYY has a "home" and family now.
