Well, I'm glad because I was sorely disappointed at first of her love for CP; that how could a supposedly wise general be so blind as not to read CP's evil ways. ep 22, WOw, I'm impressed with the fight scene! Nice choreography. Wu Jin Yan is a true star with her martial arts performance.

I didn't read the novel so no clue how "grey" or what bada*s level MRJH was. However, Cdramas don't want to risk getting in trouble with the gov't, so everything is toned done to pass censorship. Numerous completed cdramas never got to air because something went wrong with censorship/gov't. This means, can't have too much BL, sex, violence, abuse, drug, skin, revolution-idea, brainwashing, cult, toxic relationship, villain/anti-hero/grey character idolatry...you got the idea.

I was thinking the exact same thing!!! Now I know why the cast manager wanted him for this role. I didn't hate him that much at first but now I'm beginning to hate this character so much that even Baron can't save the CP.

I'm up to ep 20, Eunuch Liu does a great job with the Emperor.

It's 20 & 21 next, and then back to 1 episode per day over the next 2 days.

Normally not until the last 6 episodes; if a package is happening at all.
