Someone down there said they don't like this episode cos it felt flat??!!! WTH?!!!Did we watch the same thing?…
It can fall flat to some ppl because the characters are blunt and actually communicate their feelings to each other. and people are not used to seeing that.
if this was handled by another director/team, we would be getting 1-2 episodes of them staring at each others’ gazes without a single word in exchange and tiw would be more exaggerated as a villain
I personally like how they kept it simple and straightforward. it’s refreshing 🤷🏽♀️
this episode was like 1 hr 7 mins but it took me 2 hours to finish it bc I kept rewinding and giggling (and crying) in the process. to say I’m obsessed with this show is an understatement
bl fans will say we want complex characters but can't even handle the characters in this show (even tho they're not that hard to comprehend
we're in a media illiteracy epidemic . the amount of absurd takes I have seen about Qin after this episode makes me believe none of these ppl even seen this series. (respectfully, playing the show as background noise while scrolling on social media does not count as watching) 😴
Actually a big fan of the casual sex talk they had in this episode like they’re adorable and animated but at the same time their conversations feel very natural and grounded
My heart hurts. I can't handle all these feelings. I'm worried about Duang because he always seems so insecure,…
Yes that’s what makes it so interesting cuz even tho what they did was so similar, the intention and mindset is still different. Both of them are chasers but Duang is genuine and consistent with how he treats Qin regardless of how Qin feels towards him. Not just being nice to him and doing what he likes to win him over but because he truly loves him and that’s what made Qin choose duang over tiw. He thought at the start Duang was just another Tiw trying to win him over so he built a wall between them but opened up to him after realizing that’s not the case. I love the layers of their relationship (not a novel reader, just my thoughts)
'Duang is strange or cringey' 'I'm sorry this (show/series) is not for me'Where are those haters now?Duang's currently…
'Duang is strange or cringey' he's just on the spectrum 😭 or atleast exhibits ND traits. I'm sure he was purposefully written this way in the show and it really comforts me idk I love that he's just being truly himself and is loved by qin for it (as someone who sees myself thru duang)
Is it just me or their kiss seems 'tame' compare to other DMD artists?
it makes no sense for it to be 'wilder' than that when it was their first kiss and they were both feeling shy. it's a pet peeve when the kissing doesn't match the characters ngl like add some personality to it. I would say what we got was already perfect (we learnt duang is a biter 👀)
novel readers feel free to spoil me but i just wanna know do they actually shower together next ep? im just too impatient for weekly releases it's torture

*duang walks up to qin to the bathroom*
me: ….. is this the part where they cut to the next morning?
*duang unbuttons his shirt*
me: …..hello?
………….HELLO?!?!?!???
