I really liked this mostly it was interesting but in the last episode when the narrative treated jaebum's dissociative identity disorder like it's an evil spirit that was installed in his body and left him after confrontation, it pissed me the fuck off like what the hell was up with that? the way that whole thing folded was traditional ableism but it also makes no sense in reality. why do kdrama writers never do proper research for these topics if they're going to use them for major plot points?
THIS WAS SO CUTE... my heart feels cozy and warm after finishing this 😭 this is perfect if you're in need of a light BL watch; something that is simple and fluffy but executed wonderfully!
Oof. there's smth so intimate and comforting about the way this drama was filmed and narrated it moved me to tears at some point.. watching it really feels like someone giving you a hug
6 eps in and im not one to care for plot armor but the ones in this show are rly getting to me
cuz how bale got stabbed multiple times, shot, and probably incinerated alive and still survived. and why did a gun with no bullets stop jinman from finishing off bale when a knife was right THERE after he literally threatened to kill his family
I really don't think Ait spiked Thun's drink I feel like it was more of a red herring just to bait us into thinking that way. Ait seems like he is being blackmailed but I don't think he is the type of guy to drug someone, all things considered. But who knows with this show, maybe I will be surprised 🫣
It kinda annoyed me how they just kept fighting these people on the spot without any strategy or training beforehand 😭 i don't mind pure meathead shows but even the fighting was really boring at times because there's not much substance
edit: thanks for all the recs! i noted them down <3
