I was viewing her conduct with a lot of scepticism and frankly, disgust. But now that we know more about her intentions and her conduct, it’s not cute. It is NOT cute. It’s very undignified and vulgur.


I repeat “falling in a one-sided love is understandable but pursuing it and then moping and sulking after a rejection is like a strategy”. She has a strategy and she’s clawing and digging her heels as an undignified person. You can’t root for that. 🤢

The proverbs “There is no there there” and “nothing burger” can be used to perfectly describe “Perfect Crown”. Quality wise it’s a big juicy nothing burger.

If you are a K-drama enthusiast and yet somehow miss this production in 2026. You aren’t missing anything. It’s forgettable, banal, badly written, overproduced and gaudy. There are so many 2013-2020 dramas out there that give you the same feels and tingles, with somewhat of a better story. If you are into corny feels and a cheesy romcom, you can find way better options in that decade.

The writing is really bad. Like really, really bad.
