Stupid. The man and his daughter are criminals. Sparing them is stupid and whatever befalls them after this is their own fault. So from episode 8 onwards, I’m not sure if I can root for stupid. 😒
Why are they not killing the bad guys. They will keep coming back. And they are definitely intending to kill. So why not kill the bad guys so they don’t come back. They are just criminals
It's not good. Don't be fooled by the good comments to be honest. The ML is a support role and the FL took all…
Your comment about the actress that she can’t act. I have seen her in Our Blues (when she was fairly younger) and Hear Me (movie) and when her casting was announced for this period piece I was was a bit surprised. Cos she doesn’t have conventional Korean looks that would fit in a saeguk setting. But on her acting, I honestly found her performance in Hear Me very forgettable. And I say it regrettably. Cos I love seeing actors grow in their talent from one project to the next.
I want someone to be brutally honest with me and tell me, is it any good (keeping in mind storytelling and pacing)? I can’t deal with something meh right now.
On Episode 4: the first 10 minutes of the episode are the last 15 minutes of episode 3?
I had to check the director’s credits to understand why severe narrative and pacing fails were happening. A romcom director is directing a crime action thriller 😂 no wonder the pacing sucks.
The detectives are checking all kinds of cctv footage but aren’t checking the footage of the luxury villa where the girl was kidnapped? Aren’t they supposed to corroborate the story or testimony of a prime suspect to confirm whether his alibi or story holds water or not. 😒 Also the bad guy is a one man army but he’s 10 steps ahead as if he has NIS support
Actors who play negative characters run the risk of being hated and reviled. I think it’s the sign of a really good actor who plays a villain and elicits a severe reaction. I am not justifying it at all, of course. But I am currently hating Kim Dae Myung’s character’s guts. 😂
I just want karma served red hot to his daughter.
But the detectives in the show are from the 80s 😂

But I came here for Namkoong and I will probably stay too. But why does this show drag its feet so much. When does it get better ? 😒
