Yeah. No. 12 episodes of absolute waste of resources on bad direction and writing.

So the nurse girl and her abducted grandma get reunited ? Really ? Is it the same nurse and her grandma at the end ?

I am flabbergasted at the audacity of the writer and the director of this show. 😂 I want to be this confident where I get funding from a production house for such a half-assed work and then am able to hire Namkoong Min on the project and then I’m able to sell it to Disney. It makes me think back on all the times I put together a project overview and overthought it to the point of scrapping it before it ever saw the light of day.

Here’s a lesson kids (in the content and programming industry), aim high and far, even if you have AI slop as your script and a complete novice to lead the charge. Who knows, you might be able to hire an actor who is of the same calibre as Namkoong Min. 😃🤓

A surgeon just ruined his hand with a severe injury. And he’s now going to perform a procedure on his wife? Another world record.

Surgeons generally must not perform surgery if they have open, weeping, or unhealed wounds on their hands. Broken skin compromises the sterile barrier, increases the risk of shedding dangerous bacteria into the surgical field, and exposes the surgeon to patient bloodborne pathogens.

Apart from the incompetence of the cops, this show is also about spinal cord surgery world records. 😂😂😂 the time it takes for Kang Taejo to complete this surgery successfully is less than the time it takes for breast implant surgery 🤡

From the first episode till the very last, the police incompetence overshadowed everything else in this show. They got evidence on the platter. They literally did nothing to eat their keep and badges 😂😂😂😂😂

The sense of entitlement of the criminals is like toxic family members. They hurt and ruin you but they all want to hang around your life and get favours 😂

The criminal is out there in the hospital watching a live feed of his wife’s surgery and no one has called the cops to apprehend him 💀😂

I have a genuine question. A very important question. We know why Mr. & Mrs. Weirdos kidnapped and tortured the wife and the titular husband in this show (bad premise, but whatever). However, I fail to understand, why did they do this to the wife of the ex-cop ? Like why ? Why was this cameo of Park Byung Eun so half baked 😂😅

Episode 12: The writing is so bad - I feel bad for Namkoong Min.

All of Seoul’s cctv cameras couldn’t catch the nutjob guy who is at large up to his adventures. 😅😂

Okay - episode 11: I came for Namkoong and stayed for him.

But my God! The cop work in this show deserves awards.

Jong Seo in a historical drama (saeguk) is like watching …let’s say the gladiator and seeing them serve in & out burgers at dinner. What I mean to say is the girl has gotten so much work done on her face, the eyelids, the cheeks and jaw, the artificial looking veneers and lip fillers, it will be jarring to see a period piece with a woman who clearly looks like she is pretty done up. And that’s the same issue I had with Queen Woo. A more natural looking Korean actress would have been a better choice. But hey, she can act. She is daring in her choices. She can probably construct a character look with the team that might transform her into a believable joeson era Jurchen woman living in the wilds.

Is English not your first language? Seems to be so. Cos you are reading the text in my comments and coming up with fairytales of participation in online lynching and Korean cancel culture. Sit your ass down and smoke less of whatever you’re on. You seem to be weaving a plethora of fiction in the text that I have written that I have not mentioned or intended. Take good medicine or better yet, learn English, maybe? Cos you’re reading things that I haven’t written.

Not important enough for me to go down the rabbit hole, honestly. But it piqued my curiosity and that’s why I’m asking someone who can cut to the chase for me. You don’t wanna do it then don’t engage with my comment in the first place. And if there’s a follow up then don’t throw a tantrum. Stop assuming everyone comes here on MDL with some agenda or already preconceived notions or knowledge of the bowels of the Korean entertainment industry. Especially regarding someone as inconsequential as Jisoo Kim
