I would prefer Jihyuk give up his entire life as rich ceo and adjust his life according to her needs and settle…
I think he can have both. I'd like him to go back to his former occupation. He was a terrific entrepreneur. And she is an excellent employee with her own leadership skills. Sometimes couples can thrive in both love and working together.
When I saw this drama was wrapping up on Christmas, I was almost disappointed. How was I going to fit it in when…
I usually get up early to switch the name labels on all the presents under the tree, but this year I'll watch the finale instead. This can be my gift to my family!
Here we go again with the same plot as the last episodes. But I’m glad they’ve kept up the comedy, or else…
I think the problem is it is just writer, singular. So many dramas would benefit if there was more than one writer—to give critical feedback and to bounce ideas off of. Also, the idea of keeping the writers around after production begins would allow script changes in later episodes to make corrections as problems become obvious.
(BTW, I really adore this writer's debut drama, Mystic Pop-Up Bar.)
Honestly it would be better if he picks her up from the airport after a few years.🙈 HY deserves a fresh start…
Yeah, I don't disagree, but the boy really needs a mother figure and these are his most impressionable years. It's hard to exaggerate how precious and impactful those scant moments of feminine nurturing must have been for Yun. He's losing his best friend! 😢
Kang Ha-na has such a magnetic presence. Perhaps it's that she is the most experienced & therefore comfortable speaking in such a setting. Or maybe it's that she truly is stunning in the way described when people say, "the camera loves her!" Anyway, ever since Start-Up I've been drawn to her performances across a variety of roles and have become her fan.
I have zero doubt that Kim Soo Hyun is innocent. South Korean society is toxic, hypocritical, and brutal.
I can sympathize with 'person Kim Soo Hyun', but remain suspicious that 'Star Kim Soo Hyun' (his terms) must have been forced to confront many unseemly challenges along his path to success, any of which may have tainted his idealism, intentions, and/or relationships. I neither envy celebrities nor covet their gilded cages.
I think the FL's sister is still in hiding because her husband is fearful of his own creditors, besides the loansharks which she borrowed from & the ML has since paid off.
that end on episode 12 was really disappointing its sad bc its has so much potential
Hopefully it's another head-fake misdirect like we got at the end on episode 11. Nobody appreciates being gaslighted, but I'll take it if it means that slap never happened!
Releasing it on the same day as the second part of season 5 of Stranger Things isn't too bad on their part, frankly,…
Agreed. While everyone who is excited for ST5 really enjoyed ST1, only a fraction of ST1 fans are looking forward to ST5. Cashero may be a welcome alternative.
why did that chef who made the perilla noodles get eliminated? they both voted different
Judge Ahn asked returning white spoon chef Kim Do-yoon how long were the noodles cooked (4½ minutes). He then said they were too chewy, implying that they were undercooked.
Is this accurate? He cooked steak over charcoal in S1 (and was eliminated by Judge Ahn.) Did we even see PJH compete in S2?
[Edited to add]: According to Namu.wiki, Chef Park Jeong-hyeon "reappeared in Season 2, but was completely edited out. And like in season 1, it was confirmed that he was eliminated in the 1st round black spoon final." The footnote elaborates, "He appears in passing in the first episode, and there are no scenes where his cooking appears or is evaluated like in season 1 . Virtually a complete edit."
