Why is this thing called a BL? Does anything with a gay guy count as a BL? I hope not, we have had enough of being the sub-plot in Western films.

I can't get past the character of Nail. Why would all these masculine gay guys be attracted to such a ladyboy? This story must be written by women, who try and imitate hetero relationships in some BL's. It just isn't very believable, especially with Nail not even being very attractive. When he walks he looks like he is headed to Rupaul's Drag Race or something...

I totally agree. Too mush sports stuff (and macho crap) and not enough emphasis on the relationships. Who is their target audience? Young women and gay men or straight boys who feel right at home with this BS? They have been advertising this series for months, building anticipation, and this is what we get??? Sad indeed.

He is one of the few widely known actors in Thailand who has never done a BL. Is there some kind of stigma attached or would it harm someone's career to be in a BL? Seems like all the BL actors are getting famous worldwide and are still able to act in mainstream shows. What's the story here???

When will this series begin to air and on what streaming service? Looks like a refreshingly different series.

Early on in this series I thought it was just poorly done, something I did not expect from Taiwan. As the series went on I started to fall in love with the two main characters. Every time the secretary's eyes would pool up, I just wanted to cry. I know that the plot is somewhat tortured, why don't they see what we think is obvious. If you listen to what is said about the two characters, you realize that they are both damaged in very different ways. I think that is what makes them misunderstand each other so often.

As someone who did not see my husband's attraction to me 45 years ago (while everyone else did), I can tell you that being dense is not so hard to understand. It took me over a year to figure it out, and he practically had to club me over the head. We are not broken, but sometimes we can be wounded by our own insecurities.

Every time his eyes pool up, I just want to start crying. He is soooo perfect for his role in You Are Mine. I hope he finds further success in Asian media.

This is a well done dating show. It has a better looking cast then the Korean one, but the format from Korea was bad, so why emulate it here?

I see five very attractive young men and I often mistake Eri for a girl. Not there is anything wrong with that, but I feel bad for him. You can tell he is insecure and so different from the other guys. What were the producers thinking? I have a feeling no one will choose him in spite of his talent and charm. LGBT folks don't always fit together harmoniously.

I'm really enjoying the other couples on this show, but VS are not much to watch. I was so hoping that Sky wouldn't cave in so quickly after giving Venus the cold shoulder.

I haven't quite finished the latest episode yet (it is pretty dull), but I could not get over that delivery boy/thing!! As an American I thought I was watching a Hollywood movie from the 1930's. Back then Blacks were mostly portrayed as over the top stereotypes. That thing at the gate was so beyond belief as the worst kind of gay stereotype! I know this series is poorly written, but to create that creature for comic relief? Yikes! That is so offensive to me as a gay man.

I'm still a fan of episode one, they need to write more episodes of that quality and interest.

It disgusts me to think of how women have been treated throughout history, and in many places still today. Giving his daughter away like property, how heinous.

I must give this series credit for the skill of the cast and the production values. Way better than the silly history they tried to convey in Man Suang. This story tears at your heartstrings because it rings so true. Glad to see the quality of Thai BL's reaching this high point. Let's hope that some companies can keep this level of quality. going.

I'm watching episode 6 and I still don't get it. Why would handsome doctor Sky be in love with homely sourpuss Venus. There are so many good looking actors in this series, why would any casting director choose someone so unattractive to play Venus? Every time Sky moons over him I cringe. That first episode was so much fun, but the rest of the series has not lived up to its promise.

Are all the VBL series going to be on GagaOOLala only?

What is their next project in China that people keep mentioning? I don't know how happy many American fans will be as our opinion of the PRC (not the Chinese people) keeps going downhill. We buy every other Chinese product, why not their media too?

He was so perfect for his role in Big Dragon. I was so surprised at where the story started and where it went. Great acting, casting, music and production values. I hope that it did well in the ratings.

That scene really got my attention too. These BL's aren't usually so graphic. We need more of that in the rest of the series. Heck, we need more of that in many of these BL's!

I tried to watch Check Out because I really like Chahub (and the precursor story was good). Why isn't Chahb in more BL's? He could replace some of these plain and skinny co-stars they often pair with hunks in so many BL's (Bed Friend, Hidden Agenda). Chahub is such a major babe.

I knew the Chinese government didn't like any hint of BL happiness in their media, but this ending is just too cruel. It has to be a cliffhanger or they will break a lot of hearts.

I have read several independent sources mentioning the lack of BL factor. So you are right, I don't really know. Perhaps after it is released in Thailand some folks can let us know. Either way, it looks like Apo's performance will be incredible.
