What the fuck did I just watch??? Throughout the whole show they hinted that meng heng×cindy were the endgame and in the last episode they blew a disgusting fart in the face of the audience. Idk about the actor but how shiping acts towards cindy sometimes is very alarming and a lot concerning plus not very convincing for her to end up with him even if he's filthy rich. She only chose shiping for financial stability, expensive gifts and career boost. While it may seem a nice choice in real life, it absolutely DOESN'T in a romance drama where it is ALL about care, love, presence in good and bad + the lengths you would go to see them all smiles and sunshine.Was this review helpful to you?
Not even worth my single yawn
So boring that I had to skip through just for the games. Looking at it made me realize that s1 was actually decent enough plot-wise. So bad that I don't even wanna add it to my watchlist. Brainrot is more interesting than this season 2. Totally unnecessary drag to milk money from the original AND complete plot WHICH actually had engaging side-stories too (as compared to this atleast) But that still DOESN'T cross out how its prequel rose to popularity for no apparent out of the world reason cause of tasteless people with fomo who would rather jump on the bandwagon to OVERHYPE the ORDINARY than search for SOMETHING actually worthy of praise.Was this review helpful to you?
Missed Call From Intellect
Its hard to believe that they created a drama with this naive ML in 2024. I'm afraid this guy would've been having night outs with snakes again if there wasn't Ha Seol around. Even toddlers are more smarter than this ML in the present. He can only score A's in academics and not in intellect. Yep, the novel was published in 2010 but if you're having a TV adaptation of it AFTER 14 years then notch up his intellect alike it.Was this review helpful to you?
