When the actress did her interview, I think I commented that below. She said that it will take her a while to…
you are talking about perspectives, but why do you reject what LR says herself? she herself said at the end of episode 12 (while talking to herself from the past who called her out for considering PWX instead of SRQ) that she does not think that she is in love with SRQ but that she is happy to see him well and pities him because of their past life. she also says that PWX is the one to stirr her emotions. its her past self that tells her to not trust PWX too easily bc being betrayed by him would be a too big price to pay.
also, she was experiencing a deja-vu with the umbrella scene - expecting a scene to play out how she remembers it is legitimately no surprise at all ?!
Ofc, the story will be a slow burn, esp. in terms of the development between our two main leads. Misunderstandings…
i think theyre making pretty fast progress everything considered? they are quick to address misunderstandings this time around. it will take some time for those words to sink in but that is just how learning works
True. Her masking her feelings and emotions is so relatable when you’ve been surrounded by people that you can’t…
EXACTLY! she was raised in the palace, thought to sacrifice herself for the greater good - she was raised being told that her feelings don't matter so of course she does not pay any attention to them!
I personally feel that both leads have issues. And all this misunderstanding started with the ML but somehow it…
yes, i loved that the ML called her out. it was necessary and a starting point for her change. in regards to her ordering to kill the ML - she did think that the ML poisoned her and did tell him beforehand that if she died, he would not live either.
i am also not excusing her actions, but her actions have logical reasons - thats the whole point of her character. and thats why her relationship with ML is so compelling:
i think it is pretty telling that ML is the one that can get such a big reaction out of her. when FL thought ML betrayed her, she wanted him dead - when she found out 2ML was the one who killed her, she was pretty chill about it. ML is the one who gets a rise out of her and disturbs her emotions and it bothers her greatly (as her conversation with her older self als highlights).
it must have been a sister of theirs (not sure if half-siblings or full siblings, i.e. from the same mother though). an older sister of theirs (and thus also a princess) got married off to a far away land and didnt survive
the last scene of episode 17 made me legitimately tear up ;; aaaah, so beautiful and the ost is soooo good too
man, having seen it, it totally makes sense that (if i remember correctly) both actors mentioned that this was the scene that impacted them the most / they liked the most
