I absolutely hate the kind of woman that is portrayed in this movie. I've seen it in a couple other movies but…
Thanks for this: I was about to start watching this but, just like you, I hate this "I'm the mother so I can do whatever I like" trope. There is a japanese movie, highly praised but ruined, at least for me, by the same trope!https://kisskh.at/26489-my-brother-s-husband
Dropped: I could not stand the beginning of this series! Too cringy for me! Constant humiliation of the secretary ML is not funny, nor is him squirming incompetently. What kind of professional is his: a happy go lucky idiot raised in a kindness filled cocoon?!? Grow a backbone and be serious! And the General Manager ML is just as unlikable....
I wanted to finish it since it is short but I have no patience left for this kind of dross. Unlikable FL, ridiculous storyline (a CEO lives in a small(!) apartment with paper thin walls and does not say anything to the noisy girl next door?!?), nosey and gossipy coworkers.... Hyuk is super cute and I would like to see more of him in dramas. But no one else from the entire production! This is just awful! Dropped at ep 7!
So 5min in the 1st ep. and Jom is carrying a tote bag which in thai bl universe means he's a bottom. When are they going to do away with these tropes...so tiring! So his boyfriend dumps him and of course like an emotional cliché girl, he throws himself on him refusing to let him go and looking at him with teary eyes full of love. Logically, afterwards, he drinks himself into oblivion and drives his car too fast, not wanting to die, of course, just provoke his luck....And then he is getting out of the water and thinks of pulling his t shirt down (oh, modest, isn't he?). Last, but not least: why does Nonkul (Jom) have his mouth perpetually open? Unbearable string of clichés and some bad acting! Dropped! The only good thing about this is it's title.....
I wish I could and I probably would if she were not happy with her life! You have to value your own happiness first if you want to make people around you happy. And not be so judgemental about other people's life choices, little kid! Life is not black and white but millions of shades in between!
Boston is the best character here: honest and frank about his own slutty nature, he does not lie or promise happily ever after! Everyone else just hide lies behind a "nice guy" mask but none of them are actually nice.... Great show!
I don't think the main characters are spoiled. I believe that they are imperfect but perfectly normal with flaws,…
I do not like perfect characters in dramas: they are boring! Flawed, gray ones are my favourites. What I absolutely detest is immature adults ! The main couple here is just like that! Yes she eventually did stand up for herself but even that I found too little too late! OSN was one of the first K dramas I ever watched (4th or 5th: you know how sometimes when you explore entertainment, you follow actors' works: CLOY, SITR, OSN!). I found that the main couple in SITR had perfect chemistry and that the love story in the first half was just perfect. I think that the fact that I liked the main couple's story in SITR influenced a lot my watching experience! I expected the same intensity from OSN since the director and most of the cast were the same. But I got something completely different. Therefore I was disappointed and just kept watching in order to find flaws with it. And I remember finding a lot! Not all important but still...lol Maybe I should rewatch it with different eyes, with my watching experience of today and maybe I'd appreciate it differently. I know that people here in general prefer OSN over SITR. They are both far from perfect but the second one made me feel things the first one did not!

Let's agree to disagree! I really hated this drama. It was very uncomfortable to watch for a drama beginner like myself three years ago. No, their personalities are not interesting: I remember how annoyed I was with their immature behaviour. He is a father but completely lost. She's a frumpy rude drunk. He's a stalker. She is a controlling manipulative liar. Zero chemistry between them. I couldn't see any love but a couple of kids blindly looking for a way out of their own unhappy lives. This is what I remember seeing. I am happy you saw something entirely different! A mark of great storytelling: it could be read on many different levels. As you see, this drama left a mark on me! LOL

I love the actors and I would like to watch it but I find the whole idea difficult to bear!
