I read it as season 2 and I screamed. Still hoping for season 2 :)
Don't need a second season just the last scene. To wrap the story up. And then maybe another drama starring IU and LJG: their chemistry was off the charts...We can only dream.....
I just finished watching Misty and we have not seen the same drama! I liked it because of all the reasons that made you hate it and find flaws with it mainly the fact that not everything was said but hinted at most of the times so you just need to pay attention to what you're watching in order to understand the whys ans whereofs of characters' decisions and behaviours! Romance was perfect! Tragic but very realistic considering Go Hye Ran's character: strong, independent, smart and honest woman, who takes no nonsense from others and demands the best from herself as wall as from the people around her. She assumes her choices and stands by her decisions. In the male dominated world, the men are at loss because with her they can't use the old cavemen behaviour: weak woman, must protect! This was an extraordinary drama! The ending couldn't have been anything else!
It started really well, I was captivated by the story and the characters but then it lost me halfway through, amongst other things, the chemistry between the main leads was bad....In spite of that, the movie was way better than the drama series.
Episode 9: why complicate a murder investigation with another big corporation corruption,collusion and conspiracy plot? I feel this going downhill fast! But fortunately I was mistaken! How frightening a strong, smart, honest and independant woman is to men who are not needed to express their cavemen mentality: weak woman, must protect! Great drama with strong female characters. Nailbiting plot, great discreet music, just perfect acting by everyone! I am just blown away!
How am I the only one who dislike Hye Ran but love Eun Ju?
Yes you are! Eun Joo is a horrible, bitter person. Why would you like her?!? Hye Ran is straighforward, sincere and honest. She has secrets and a past: who doesn't ? She cheated: a couple of kisses...please!
This is a very weird drama, extremely difficult to watch, it keeps swinging from one genre to another, it is very unsetelling. The acting and writing are amazing but it is definitely not for everyone. A very unique drama, with unique storyline, sometimes very funny, sometimes very sad.... It is giving us valuable though very depressing life lessons! Carpe diem!
I know Seo Ye Jin was young when she made this but her acting here is so bad...just awful! And the lip biting in every stressful situation by everyone! And then there is the brother and sister duo, annoying as hell, the sister is a harpy and the brother a possessive psycho (the actress is also bad: really the whole cast needed serious acting lessons back than!) For a drama taking place in the summer, there is an awful lot of rain: there in no episodes without a good rainfall...Amazing climate! Too long, far too long to be bearable to watch due to bad acting! The ending is short! And did I mention that the whole cast needed acting lessons?
A 21st century woman's story...Really good but too short...is there going to be a 2nd season: I didn't like the ending? It was logical and obvious but still...I want more! Great cinematography, acting, music.

People are complainig about funny bits but I think they are a needed intermezzo in order to relieve the constant tension of endless backstabing which makes drama hard to watch....
The poster is so wrong: this is not a cute school BL but a grity, difficult drama. Slow, very little dialogue and a fair amount of violence both physical and psychological.

I've been wondering whether to watch this or not seeing the high ratings(I usually dont like dramas with high ratings, I am always disappointed in the end!!!) and I would like to thank you for the review it helped me make my mind. I am not going to watch this! That's why I usually wait for a drama to finish before watching it : sometimes a great drama has an underwhelming finish at best or a completely disastrous ending wrapping the drama up in so many wrong ways!
I just can't believe how good this is! It took me too long to watch it because of the title I didn't understand. But WOW this is extraordinary ! I don't know anything about baseball, I can't grasp the rules of the game but ultimately that is not important: this is a perfect slice of life drama along the lines of Prison Playbook but way way better! 20/10.
