This is so different from your usual Kdrama rom com. It is a story about adults mostly behaving as adults. The mockumentary style is unfortunatelly almost completely dropped halfway through. Lovestruck In The City looks and feels like a web drama. It is not necessarily bad but it is odd. An ok watch! With the funniest PPL ever seen!!!
A REMAKE OF LUTHER!?! Why?! You can't remake perfection, it is unique! This is probably good if you haven't seen the original! The two leads here cannot measure up to Luther and Alice! They lack the charisma, the chemistry, the mood.... Sorry, I'm dropping this! Two episodes were enough! I prefer the original over pale copy!
Such a surprise, this drama....definitely not what I expected! Great acting, great story, great comedy, great music....only one thing missing: a bit of romance ! 9/10
The second season was planned since the beginning (you can see it in the Behind the scene episodes on YouTube,…
Thank you for the info. Is it because those are Netflix series and they are trying to turn Kdramas into western series with multiple seasons? Darn it! If i had known i wouldn't have picked it up again after dropping it after the first endless and confusing episode!
Yes there are a couple things wrong with this drama! The romance: why are the female love interests in these dramas usually so annoying? This has a romance tag but it is so unconvincing and therefore has nothing to do in this great crime drama! And that policeman: so convinced that he knows everything and that he is right about everything but doesn't see what's right before his eyes.... Everything else is just perfect! I guess they wanted to give the viewers something to complain about!
A guy with a tragic past goes undercover to bring down a drug cartel...Why does it sound so familiar? Oh yes, it must be the remake of Time Between Dog And Wolf with Jung Kyung Ho taking this time the role played by Lee Joon Gi.....
I watched the entire season hoping I would love this like everyone else but I don't. The drama has great actors…
Yes, I am not the only one!!!!! What a relief! I thought something was wrong with me for not liking this drama immensely as we are invited to by many watchers! I would like to know what I am missing here?
This show had me on the edge of my seat from the first minutes of the first episode. The investigation is a non stop suspens and red herrings are being thrown in constantly. You just don't know what's going to happen next. Characters are smart and flawed. Delight to watch! Brilliant ! Just brilliant ! P.S. People are demanding a second season! There is definitely no need for that because in thereof lies the beauty of Kdramas: one solid 16-20 episode season telling the story with a beginning, the middle and the ending and with well rounded characters (most of the time!). That's why I stopped watching US shows: they are endless beside other things!
I love Time Travel!!! Which ones have you seen?? My most recent was Mr. Queen, it was so good! I also liked Welcome…
Hey there: I just thought of another good one more similar to Welcome2life: Familiar Wife starring Ji Seung. First few episodes are often cringeworthy but afterwords it is very bingeworthy!!!!

So here is a little list of my favourite time travel shows (we are so spoilt by Kdrama!): Tunnel, Circle, 365;Repeat The Year, Moon Lovers, Nine: Nine Times Time Travel, and a few movies: Be With You, Ditto, Il Mare (which was remade by Americans into The Lakehouse with Keanu Reeves!). Enjoy! Tell me what you thought of them!
Goblin is a fantasy and for a 900-year old supernatural being, all humans would be creepily too young, even at…
I finished Goblin and I really did not like it. They had zero chemistry (Goblin and the Grim Reaper had way more chemistry from what I saw!): she's 18 behaving as if she was 12. He was probably 30 when he died so still the age difference is there plus his 800yr of life experience which she has nothing of! Still weird!
A story about two people in love who never learned how to talk to each other which ruined their relationship. This drama shows how they finally realize it and overcome this lack of communication....very slowly!!!!! And messily! This is a 15 yr old drama and is visibly old which is making it difficult to watch at the beginning. The soundtrack is original: lots of western songs and classical music in the background and a couple of sweet original songs. The actors are all top notch! If you are a fan of slow burn love stories, give it a go, try not to see bad haircuts, and you'll end up liking it though not loving it.
I'm going to be hated for this but I don't like PMY. There's something about her that I don't find...hmmm idk!…
I am loving you for this : I think she was not a good casting choice for this drama. She looks too old and too artificial in addition to being a bad actress! I dropped this drama at first because of her(and picked it up again because of Seo Kang Joon)! And you are right, she was ok in Healer but she is somehow all wrong. Surgery????
