I like my rom coms to have at least a sliver of believability but I am really getting annoyed with these dramas where the main characters are 35 yrs old beautiful and smart women who had never dated.... Apart from this and the awful title, this drama is so sweet,fun and easy to enjoy! So definitely worth your time if you are looking for something not too complicated!!!

Lee Min Gi is THE best.... Good crime drama, surprising twists, horrible cheabols, the usual corruption across the board and great chemistry between two main leads.

The only way I can think of to describe this drama: so much bad acting in one place is unbelievable (notable exceptions being two MLs): the worst being Eugene. I have never seen so much screaming, heavy sighing, childish behaviour, gesturing... and to top it all there is no chemistry with ML. So if you can past this (it takes 8 episodes)the story is good,your usual rich guy,poor girl, amnesia plot.

Watching it today, 15yrs after it was aired,all the flaws are more visible: so much overacting and bad acting, absolutely zero chemistry between the main leads ( they should have cast Ji Sung and Lee Bo Yung as a main couple, Eugene is sooooo bad!). It is painfull to watch, it has not aged well. Required watch only for the die hard Ji Seung fans!!!

I am binge rewatching this now because I cannot find another revenge melodrama as good as this one. Any suggestions? Happy end is a must!

This is sooo good! A story about two people hurt by life who take different approach to dealing with it: he becomes happy go lucky open to the world while she closes up and doesn't allow anyone in. They meet and fall in love... If you need a filler, something nice to watch, this is a sure thing that will put a smile on your face!

Chinese version of Kdrama "Because This is My First Life"...In order to have a place to live the FL marries a cold and stiff ML and than they fall in love....

There is something that's been bothering me ever since my first drama: the coats that are never taken off! Why? They eat in them, they sleep in them, they work in them... the coats are really nice but still?!?

Now that I finished it: it could have been a great melodrama if they only took out the storyline of the trashy lawyer which had nothing to do in this drama. If they wanted some comic relief, there were stories of his blog followers and there was the story of the producer friend and the writer which were really funny without being cringeworthy. Two thirds of the drama are really hard to watch due to this confusion: after a couple of episodes I started skipping scenes with the lawyer(first for me! I have never skipped a minute of the dramas I've seen!). The last four episodes are just brilliant (if you skip the aforementionned scenes that are thankfully rare!) and moving. Have tissues ready. The ending is great and uplifting....

This drama sounds off: a comic treatment of a serious issue. I am at episode 6 and just can't get used to the tone...is this a comedy or a melodrama?!? The slimy lawyer and his unbelievable affairs: how can any woman fall for such a ridiculous person? Why are the men behaving as silly little boys who act before thinking? I am really disappointed in this drama....

A handsome singer, a silly girl, a clingy wannabe girlfriend, a stab in the back best friend and a creepy music agent.... sweet but predictable!

I am having a severe case of SLS!!!! A good premise ruined by the complete lack of chemistry of the main leads....

Wow! This was some rollercoast, nailbiting, extraordinary experience of a show! Perfect ending! Great writing, excellent acting, amazing cinematography...Could we have more please?

I really need to rant about this drama's ML. The actor is excellent, he's not the problem but the character is: he is so weak for a smart, intelligent and strong person. The bad guy keeps pushing his buttons so easily, he riles him up and the ML in spite of deciding not to react to provocaton, jumps at the evil guy's throat cryng as soon as he says something. I wish the ML would show some backbone and levelheadidness but I guess if he were like that we'd have a movie and not a drama. Which is,btw, gripping, suspensfull and nailbiting, a great watch if you can stand the ML. This is for the unconditional fans of Ji Seung only!!!!

Can somebody please tell me what I've just finished watching? A drama about a drama writer writing the drama I'm watching? Too many characters, slow beginning, draggy middle, rushed and confusing ending! But very fun to watch, chatty, lively dialogues, interesting and silly characters with great stories.

Definitely better than Signal!

Episode 10: what an idiot! Up untill this moment this drama has been great!

The ending: Iljimae is dead for certain ! Four years later: the women in his life look sad and pathetic(mothers, girlfriends...). Nobody has seen him alive. The king didn't abdicate as promised so the last scene is him imagining Iljimae coming to get him! The reason Yong became Iljimae was to find out who killed his father not to steal and he discovered truth. It is hard to believe he would disappear for four years without telling anyone, he was too hurt!

Conclusion: do not try to understand any of it or find any logic in it.... it is non existent! Put your brain in pause mode and only then watch it and you'll enjoy it!..

After he gets his memory back (ep. 7 or so)he starts pretending to be a bumbling idiot and can jump over the roofs after a couple of lessons from his father! Waiting now for the swordfighting lesson which will turn him into a ninja thief! Aaah,the magic of tv! Ep.15 what's the point of the metal mask moulding his face(nose,mouth) and not hiding his identity in any way! Help! These plot holes are a legion and are as big as canyons!
