Am I like missing something?? Cuz why the hell are they just letting the evil lady roam free??Also lemme just…
honestly H's whole deal felt meh, like an amplifier to Gyeonwoo's misery. It felt mostly like an afterthought. I wished they had tackled his parents rather than H.
only 25 minutes into the show and this is the most 2010's Wattpad romance novel. Not that it's a bad thing, but I can see I'm not this show's target audience unfortunately ( I rarely check the tags or synopsis before watching, so that's my bad.) Please recommend me some Filipino dramas 🥺
After episode 25-27 the drag is so real! I can only imagine how people watching it live managed to sit through those last 5 episodes. I can truthfully say I fast forwarded most of the business talk scenes and Qi Yu & Weiyi scenes from then on...
You need to check the reviewers' profile. When I checked on the first day of screening, I noticed most of the…
Honestly even as a reader of both the manhwa and novel, I also remain indifferent. I have read reviews from people who tried to at least give a subjective review say that is dissapointing but not a 1/10, but I won't know until I see it. The vast majority saying that the reason they dislike it because it's different from the novel isn't much of a review.
Thanks for the warning! "His only purpose is to give the FL props to resolve some of the issues she encounters while managing her brand. Otherwise he's uninteresting."
I clocked that in the first episode and feared that the only reason i was staying, the couple, would be stuck in a cycle where the so called independent and career driven woman has to constantly get saved by her lover in her own field of work. Yeah i won't be sitting through 16 eps of that bs.
nah! that's just your delusion.there are no other Im Sols, there is only one, when a timeline is changed or erased…
I think leaving things vague would have worked if they had presented the world as a place where time traveling or similar fantastical things were normal. But we're thrown into a pretty realistic world and the main event that kickstarts the story is time travel... so not explaining or showing why the thing that isn't supposed to exist exists seems like a plot hole to me and a hit to the world building.
I also managed to suspend my belief because I am used to this type of plot and i knew beforehand that the time travel was mangled up in this show. But it doesn't negate the fact that it makes little sense. And unlike Avengers, though I haven't seen many movies, it is confirmed pretty early on that it's the norm for gods, aliens and super robots to exists so even if they introduced time travel it seems normal, that if they fumble it up it's on the writing of that specific part rather than the essential worldbulding. Where as in this show, we're supposed to be following a normal girl who suddenly can time jump because of...the power of love??
I hope I managed to explain myself well, I tend to ramble on when kickstarted 😅
exactly and remember when the grandma says "memories aren't forgotten but they're smeared on the soul"? It's odd she remembers Sungjae specifically as her husband when we haven't seen her interact with him that much in the time jumps to confuse him with someone else.

a lot actually, but I don't wanna ramble. So to name few: -how and why does the time travel work? -Why specifically sungjae's watch? -Why does it send her to the moment they first met instead to the day of his swim preliminary as it was establish in the first episodes?

Did I sound that delulu (nvm, I used way too many exclamation marks) but I was just theorizing for the most part, so please indulge meðŸ˜ðŸ˜ The time travel is the show's biggest plot holes so we can never be too sure.
I think the word you are looking for is detachment. :)The show uses the time skip to build up the love line which…
See! You've done it again hehe, you've put words unto my feelings. I suck at reviews cause I'm all vibes no facts so please continue sharing your reviews for the few of us that can't seem to put a finger on the feeling.
I found you! A review that speaks what my brain cannot say lol I actually went in knowing that the time elements of this show were a mess so I managed to just turn off that side of my brain but it itches so much not knowing...why clocks? how clocks? why the sudden jump all the way to their very first encounter? But it was a plus, I ended up watching it in a 3rd person(?) sort of way, idk the technical terms, but like if your friend sat down to tell you the story of some distant person.
I am behind you though, this faceless boogeyman made it a bit easier to digest but they culd have at least swapped him out for a god or some sort of fate deity, cause that was the real villain of the story.
I also didn't really connect with any of the character, but ,alternatively I ended up really connecting with the story and the big picture.

I can truthfully say I fast forwarded most of the business talk scenes and Qi Yu & Weiyi scenes from then on...
Happy, long and fulfilled marriage to them!
If not they've gone mad 😂
