The forced connection/link between them was too much, like coincidentally Haeseok just had to claim the number of Yejin's mom's old number??? And he still put up with it plus her going to the farm every other day when he was clearly uncomfortable and was threatening to call the police twice. She stepped boundaries so much but it's been clearly normalised in this drama. Thankfully we got over that and he's starting to warm up to her but I just hope the chemistry actually becomes natural and not just because she was all up in his business every day to see him.
I love these actors in their own right but the drama writing during these first few eps really wasn't it tbh
Ji Sung and PHS really carried the show. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't have finished it. Thankfully there was a good ending too - the pacing and writing was wrapped up well It can get pretty confusing at times because there are a lot of characters to go through, plus it gets interesting once you get past the first 2 eps. I also recommend everyone to watch the behind the scenes bc Ji Sung gives a lot of his own input into each scene, goes to show how hard he worked for his character and others to shine.
If I was the photographer taking pics of Goeun and Jaejin with the hottest photoshoot tension ever I would not stop thinking about it for days cause wdym they actually didn't catch feelings???
The ex girlfriend going beserk cliche checks out. But it felt so anticlimatic when the flashback was played. Very simple setup for 12 eps I guess but I'm more happy that the prosecutor finally steps away from his father's shadow... took him long enough, they made him such a bully in high school.
I thought that there was going to be more use of Sena's fangirl capabilities assuming she knows Ra-ik so much as a fan. But most of the investigative work behind the scenes was done by the second ml. I feel like there could have been another dimension to the story if Se-na did more with this hidden fangirl side but I guess that could come out as creepy.
Can we assume then that Hyeju she was responsible for tampering with Sena's car??
Maybe just me but the first half of the drama was a bit rough. The close proximity of Sol being everywhere Sunjae was when she first appeared in the past timeline felt forced. He set his boundaries verbally two or three times but she kept going after him both verbally and physically onto him. It just looks like borderline obsession. I'm not buying the first encounter in the rain moment and "fell in love at first sight" part bc it just seems so stereotypical and unnatural (unless that was from the webtoon but nvm)
The moment FL invited him on her pyjama party he had become one of her "girl". He isn't just friendzoned. He is…
He subconsciously always thinks of being with Bani along with other people such as her friends, tags along with Jaeyeol's group and even his little sister too. He even suggested that they do something together with his sister next time... he's just another bestie atp hahah
loved the lens light flare appearing for the moments between yeol and bani until now... that messed up when he had to forcefully kiss her like BRUHHH we were doing so great until you pulled this stunt out of nowhere it was very forced on his side - why the physical contact to prove to his ex he's moved on? seems a little bit conceited that he's still doing things his way (esp towards bani)
RIGHT!! this is exactly what I thought when I watched the final episode..so disappointed ToT
T_T it's really such a shame on the writers and producers. Trying to show something new in the last ep is what noone asked for. They could have written it another way that was more fitting for the characters and the nature of their relationship but unfortunately it's such a pity
Is it just me or the screenwriters, the director and Yoo Yeon-seok changed the tone in this episode? The intense…
The actors mentioned in a live before the show aired saying that the second half was going to be romance. While I don't mind that driving the plot I do think the characters/drama lost their charm when the intense thriller wore off and heated romance unavoidably turned into a lovebird story. I was hoping the illustration of the webtoon could translate into the kdrama but that's just my selfish desire
Just halfway through ep12 and I'm seriously not quite understanding why it's written the way that it is. Why the need for a war zone jump ship moment?? He's supposed to be the most rational and this was his solution to just run away from everything? It doesn't make sense when he was already devoted to his wife as they were coming to really love each other? It's giving "it's not you, it's me" in the worst way possible. It's like trying to fit a puzzle piece that doesn't even belong in the puzzle in the first place. I wanted to be optimistic from ep11 but it lost it's real charm once the messed up family plot started to drive the recent eps. I was seriously rooting for this drama to just end it normally like any other reunion would have worked bffr
