Just finished all 3 episodes. I had initially watched purely for Esther, but I can say objectively that the story is riveting and intriguing! I am legit curious about the plot. I love that whenever I have questions about certain scenes, the explanation comes right after a couple of minutes. I also love the timing of the flashbacks. We get to know the characters gradually and details are revealed at just the right time. It is just the right pacing and every character is mysterious and intriguing! Except for the gong sister(?) who is funny instead lol. And don't even get me started on how lit Esther is 🔥 I've never heard of Lu Yu Xiao before, but I'm seriously starting to like her as well because of her role here!

Is the synopsis correct? If not can someone tell me the correct one?
Not sure how close the drama will be but I just finished catching up to the manhwa and the synopsis in MDL is the story of the "novel Ling Yu" before the FL transmigrated into the novel, so it is not even part of the actual story (the MDL synopsis is more like the background story of the "novel Ling Yu").
The actual story is about the FL as Ling Yu/Ling Miao Miao who is about to live through the events of the novel. But because she already knows the major plot points of the novel, although she has missions she needs to accomplish that are in line with the novel story, she doesn't repeat the "stupid" decisions the original Ling Yu was supposed to do. (Not sure if this should be marked as a spoiler).
As far as the manhwa is concerned, this -"She let herself get stepped all over by the second male lead and lived a life that could only described as ‘s*upid’."- doesn't happen at all. It happened to the "novel Yu Ling" (before the actual story), but not to the FL as Miao Miao.
