she doesnt really know these things, and i guess she didnt care to know (i dont think the deities know that the reason for the love tribulation is to restore chu kong power, bcs that would be sensitive information and their enemies could use it against them). she was just a cloud spirit who didnt have much aspirations nor connections in the heavenly realms. i guess what she knew was what was told to everyone, that chu kong need to go thru love tribulation, and since he was popular, everyone was clamoring for a chance to do it with him. thinking that maybe this cold war god would fall in love with them. xiangyun didnt really know or heard of him bcs she's relatively young (and i guess chu kong was in isolation her entire existence before all this happened) and she only knew what the masses knew. and i guess she's trying to take the easy way out bcs it was only supposed to be his love tribulation, so she didnt really care if it went as planned or not, so she was adamant not being with him, especially sicne their meetings were unpleasant so i'd say she held a grudge (but at the same time still scared he would be angry at her afterwards). and i'd say she's also mad at her friend for being two faced and dont really want to follow their arrangement, only going thru the motion for the sake of appearance

do yall think they'll be even distribution of episodes of all these lifetimes? like are they gonna do 6 eps per lifetime or would it be depending on the plot?
