i didnt read the novel but considering how it's only episode 12 and they are already on the 2nd arc so to say with the ming ye and sang jiu story, it feels like the story is a bit fast paced (all thanks to broadcasting rules changing). yun xi and bai lu did great but i'm wondering how much had been cut or edited thanks to the new broadcasting rules

currently on episode 9 and i think that lost artifact became tantai jin's evil bone and that would explain why susu exchanged her primordial spirit to replace his evil bones from the preview (seeing how from the brief flashback it seem to be made from primordial spirits of other immortal so that ecplains it)

i've finished it and i thought, with the pacing, the ending was done good. there was a time skip in the last episode but everything (with the main leads) was tied nicely
