The plot is actually genius.. Not your typical love story.. Although im loving the cute romance between Zhen Zhen…
i agree! the drama definitely took a fresh take on this trope. however, i personally felt like the ending could've been better and that there was potential for more but overall, not bad!
okay tbvh i've watched the whole drama and no one that i talked to caught up on that fact but i noticed it too.…
Yeah, they definitely made it look like the switch was intentional but then never really explained/showed why. Ohh your theory definitely sounds like the evil mother-in-law type of thing to do haha. It was actually because she took the medicine (which was actually not really good medicine) that she collapsed. There are definitely some plot holes but overall, I would still say that the drama is pretty well written. But definitely agree that this one detail made me super confused too lol.
Why does Ouyang mother exchange her purse with zhen zhen at party in ep 7 spoilers pls..
okay tbvh i've watched the whole drama and no one that i talked to caught up on that fact but i noticed it too. even now, i still don't understand why she did and whether it was intentional. i thought it was going to be like the whole "evil mother-in-law doesn't like me so shes going to frame me for trying to steal her purse" thing but at this point, it was just used as a plot device to propel the backstory with the mystery behind her death and the evil people in the drama. dunno why they made it look like she switched it intentionally tho. hope this helps!
Why what happened? Did she go back to her own world?
oh haha i already did. i had a lot to say and i didn't want to spoil for anyone who watched in the future. also, forgot to reply to your earlier comment: not really a sad ending, just not as good as it could've been.
Why what happened? Did she go back to her own world?
damn you shouldn't have read my spoiler comment since you didn't watch yet. i was about to reply to this comment with all my thoughts but good thing i saw your other comment that you didn't watch it yet.
honestly me neither, but i kinda get why they did it for this drama. i wouldn't mind discussing this more with you if you want after you finish watching the drama.
MILD SPOILER: i just wish they would've given the leads more time to get to know each other and fall in love in the real world as well.
Why what happened? Did she go back to her own world?
Did you watch the series yet? I don't want to spoil too much but there was kind of a happy ending in the novel I guess? Li Chun Xi and Ou Yang Chen (aka Boss) return to being the main characters in the novel world for the novel to end happily and Lu Li and Qian Zhenzhen have a sort of happy ending together. ML returns to the real world but doesn't have Lu Li's memories-- he doesn't remember FL. Idk if Zhen Zhen ever existed in the real world.
Why what happened? Did she go back to her own world?
I interpreted it slightly differently. She was kind of drunk but she recognized him still and I don't think he found her annoying/crazy completely. I think he will fall for her over time. The only good part about this ending is that he falls for her personality again in real life and not her appearance (this is the only reason I can think of to validate why they would have him be a diff character in real life (not really Lu Li and no memories of novel world). I wish it hadn't been as open of an ending and that they could've given us more of the real world characters.
what do you mean? the trailer seems pretty similar to synopsis to me (the synopsis sounds wonky and confusing…
i saw from the trailer that they were living together at a point (in the beginning I'm assuming when he "loses his memory"). i put that in quotes bc I'm not sure if he does and it seems like he might have lied to FL about it from the latter half of the trailer. idk if they spoiled the drama in the trailer (idek what this means haha)
no it's actually pretty good!! it's a fresh take on the time/novel travel concept and I'm really liking it even…
it gets better after the first episode once we get used to what is going on (i found it a little confusing at first tbh). wdym by revealing his identity? you can feel free to message me or cont this thread (but put it in spoilers pls).
