I love historical detective. I love quietly confident FL. This is so my drama. Was carefully expecting aft watching the trailer. It did not disappoint. I always find Li Landi and her eyes very beautiful, loving how shes styled here

This one is more slice of life. Not too much drama. And as expected from our leads, very natural. Happy to see them paired up again

Jus one episode. What an excruciating wait for ep31

To be fair i thk the sisters are very different, it was evident in first episode. DQ was laughing and playing without care, XQ was solemn, wrought with worry. DQ is a simple person and sees things and problems that are only right in front of her. Right at this point she wants BZ who loves her devotedly to be safe. XQ is a strategist at heart, who sees the big picture. She thinks of how to safeguard her people from future threats. So she was so happy to find that BZ can fight and can truly protect both her sister and Boya. At chess, DQ probably thinks of the current move while XQ is thinking 10 moves ahead. There comes a point in time when enemies will come for Boya and BZ will still have to fight.

It was very emotional but also very good that there are no more secrets. They both voice their greatest fear

Som ppl myself included dont rate the drama until we completed it. So I do expect it will go up

By Ep 29 shd silence alot of worriers, moaners, naysayers and critics:
- LYN may not be d ppl's exceedingly high and rather unhealthy standard for looks but he has truly own up to shaping and giving us a multifaceted Wei Shao. Ruthless, angry, petty, vulnerable, sad, henpecked, smitten, jealous, and now even lustful. Hes covered all sides
- Plotwise we've gone on a rollercoaster. So those who felt it was slow and mundane before, no better time to jump back in

Im hoping too. Been sensing this redeming arc to WY's character ever since they showed how much he treasure his Zumu and family kins with the Weis. An ally on the battlefield for WS. To show him he's not alone. Then theres brother in law (from Boya) to come too
