So I've finished episode 3, and I truly have mixed feelings about whether or not I should continue the drama. I really like the storyline, the OST, the pacing/editing and I really like the ML. I started off liking the Female Lead as well. But I honestly feel like I'm watching a saesang's dream happen before my eyes. I don't mind a FL or ML who acts a little crazy going after their crush, but this only feels like stalker behavior. Every time she forces him to be around her or touches him he seems SO uncomfortable. I'm not getting a cute vibe, I'm getting a that's disgusting and I hope she gets put in jail vibe. I don't know how they can redeem her character unless terrible happens that forces her to do a complete 180.
Anyone else feel this way in the beginning? The previews and clips I watched seemed so cute, I was really excited to see this. I'm sort of at a loss now about if this mess of a creepy stalker is salvageable as a leading lady in a romance.
FL seems to be a total loser. She is just your usual annoying K drama FL. Nothing new under the Kdrama sun!!!!…
Agree about the FL. She gives new meaning to the term "doormat", ready and extremely willing to be walked on by anybody and everybody. I think they could have swung this without a BL if they focused on the friendsip between the 3 better, but I've got no idea how they could ever pull of a so called romance with such a weak female character.
Just finished episode 2. Does the female leads character get any more likable? Because if she stays acting like a stuck up princess there's no way I'll be able to finish this.
She's just started acting, Her first drama was released last year 2020. What do you expect for a beginner? She…
obviously you only paid attention to the parts of my post you wanted to and not the rest. if you want to choose to misunderstand and throw assumptions around because it makes you feel better go right on ahead.
I’m reading so many comments about the leads not having chemistry. . Lol they’re not supposed to, they’re…
I think the people saying the main couple doesn't have chemistry must not be watching the same drama I'm watching. They have a LOT of chemistry. The couple is simply not following the typical KDrama couple standards and progression that people think they have to follow. I think thats why I like this drama so much. It's following the 'what's not supposed to happen in Kdramas' list and I'm loving it.
I can't remember the last time I liked the leading male in a K-Drama as much as I'm enjoying Song Kang's portrayal of Jae Eon. He's such as a breath of fresh air.
K-Drama's are absolutely lovely & I'll never stop watching them completely, but I will admit I get tired of the average Male Lead perfect perfectness. They're hair is perfect, they're rich, they're every move is perfect, and they perfectly sit their leading female character on a perfect stool above the rest of the world. They are all perfect kissers and perfect in bed by miracle because of course they have somehow made it to 30 without ever being a relationship and simply know how to please a female by feelings of love alone. (God forbid our male lead have a happy, healthy and prolific sexual life before he met our leading lady. Bleh, sometimes it gets a bit boring to be honest.
But now, Jae Eon comes along with his bad boy past and bad boys ways makes tons of mistakes and I'm absolutely loving it.
I thought all the haters against Cheng Xiao were full of crap, she's doing great. But then I watched her crying scene at the beginning at 27. . . and I kind of wanted to join the haters, cuz that was some next level TERRIBLE crying LMAO. So my advice to her is, please don't film anymore crying scenes because it only makes us laugh lol. Other than that tho, good job dear.
What an amazing show! Im glad I ignored Avenue X's review and decided to see for myself! And bingewatched 16 episodes…
Honestly I agreed with most of what she said and was also considering dropping it. For me this show didn't start getting interesting till like episode 12 or so.
