I love Taiwanese dramas too! They get a bad rap for nothing. Also, the way they talk and their body language is quite similar to how my countrymen carry themselves. You might also like the CDrama, Reset.

The original Taiwanese drama is hands down better. Every aspect is miles better than the KDrama remake. Be it acting, story beats, themes, or soundtrack. Some would whine about the production values. You choose your poison. Do you want fancy sets or a very grounded story combined with fantasy? For perspective, SOOD is way better than LR, even though the latter is simply fabulous. You know what's ironic? I admire the leads of the remake from other projects. SOOD was truly a labour of love. I wasn't able to go past the first episode of the remake, and kept fast forwarding while I was at it. However, be warned you have to pay attention to every little detail. You can't just be a passive viewer. SOOD made me feel nostalgic, even though I have nothing to do with South East Asia in any shape or form. To sum it up, it's a beautiful drama. 🥰
I agree. Unfortunately, that’s how it is as an actress in the kpop industry. There are many fan girls who are…
I am all for discussion and conflicting opinions as long as no one is throwing expletives my way. 😅 The ones I find attractive are considered hideous, LOL, which honestly is a crying shame. 🤷🏼♀️
LOL, even the ones he was having them model didn't exactly stand out. Thank the lord for small mercies, he chose a dainty, yet fairly pretty, ring at the end.

ROFL. That would be quite something. 🤣 I swear his goofiness makes him even more charming and that came through the screen and made Sun Jae such a believable dork and someone who could actually exist in real life. The real life part, maybe, am reaching a bit.

Hello! I so agree. I get what you mean. And everyone, I am discussing this only to ponder upon how a diverse audience may have varied opinions about beauty. I think BWS is a great example of an attractive person by virtue of the sum of his parts. Taken individually his facial features may not stand out on their own. He's indeed quite attractive in comparison to us, plebians. However, if we were to dissect each and every actor's looks, not any of them can be the epitome of physical perfection. There may be some who come close enough. And those who come close enough have facial features that are striking or conventionally attractive even on their own. So, it is important that actors have the acting chops to back up their looks. However, often times, not taking any names, ML roles go to those who are... well... not upto the standard. Yet their shows are enormously popular.
