i may have missed at last episode but can someone answer me? is zsc' name is cleared at the end? i mean after the new emperor ascended the throne (the small child that zsc saved for exchange of his life). i just assumed it's implied that he's cleared of being a rebel since that child knew what had happened back then, but just want to make sure it's not my imagination

okay i dragged myself to finish it. i feel like theres nothing happening in this drama even until the end. feels anticlimatic. 44 episodes but feels like it can be told in 20 episodes because some conflicts are just dragging and unnecessary. also i feel like it's such a motivation killer, i can't stand watching how whatever he did was always sabotaged by everyone around him. i think it's misleading if you watch this to expect a cute story of an actor trying to reach success. it's more like you're watching this to watch him gets beaten around left and right without really achieving anything? anyway, i don't feel good watching this, not after what they pulled at last episodes. definitely not watching this again.

a waste of good cast tbh, sandra ma and deng lun are one of my dream cast and yet the story can't bring their collaboration justice, such a shame

i watched it until ep 11, barely anything happening and it's kind of depressing. acting is good, but plotholes on the plot, basically everywhere. everytime anyone says "i don't have money, look i only have this much xxx money on my account" but then you'll see them doing anything that exactly costs a lot money EXACTLY the next scenes. especially on the part where the FL take over the ML's bank account or smth so the ML can't use the money to buy food bc he needs to diet? he gave her the password and then exactly out of nowhere he decided to move out from his apartment to move back to his hometown. yeah. with no money. he even bought a new phone for the FL before he's gone and i'm like, using whose money?? he was ridden with debt to both the aunt and the FL, where the heck he kept getting money to buy expensive things out of nowhere? not to mention apparently he had no job at all bcus he keeps failing to get roles and all he did was sleeping and eating. this thing is very distracting to me since the ML is really a big piece of shit here, i hardly can sympathyze with how he keeps running his mouth to insult ML and everyone here.

i'm really hesitant to continue watching bcus since i saw how boring this so far (not really a development in the story so far, you can skip from ep 1 to ep 11 instantly and not missing much since even 10 episodes later ML is still a bum, barely can hold any job and his relationship with FL is still as toxic as ever) i skipped to the ending to see if it's really WORTH IT to watch and then i saw it. the drama killed one of my favorite characters here. not to mention it triggered one of my traumas bcus it's only been a year since my *** also passed away.

don't get me wrong, it's really well acted, but the plotline is really..... too slow
