I read somewhere that Lost Tomb (or The Grave Robbers Chronicles) were fanfiction of Mojin at the begining so you can find some similarities of settings and characters.

similar set-up with bionic humans, illegalized, treated worse that animals, hunted, you can kill them without consequences and so on. The drug with more obvious reaction to recognize humanoids. Difference is it's kind of sleeding over moral aspects (very distrurbing!) focusing on crime part. lt lacks impact of Blade Runner but if you ignore plot holes and whitenning the society that allows for such treatment of sentient species, it's quite good show. At least different from standard cdrama

Blade Runner with no moral dilemma on whole bionic people rights so far.. which I find disturbing. Plus this whole Institute idea which border on very dystopian, totailitarian approach to prosecution..

this few episodes at once at first is not the bad policy. With so many episodes in total it is good to check few to be sure of drama standard. Of course deviation happens and drama can be recognized as very bad or very promissing from episode one. And then of course keeping the quality level is the next problem, eh.

as I guess she is evil guys missing Saintness, and based on flashbacks there was romance there, he may some contribution to the previous disaster as jade had to come from somewhere. And he certainly has talent in backstabbing. But the standard nonsense about destiny and sacrifice and so on is comon part of such dramas so anything is still possible. I wonder why nobody talk about what happened, At least Emperror knows truth, I think. I guess nobody wants to start conversation with "do you remember how you stab your love interest?"

funny thing about this "trials of love" is that they are just that, trials, so regardless of this 3rd prince/supposed ML friend actions being intentional, it is great way to mess with somebody. Especially as he can always say it was prewrtitten scenario. Which may be the hole in plot: if characters did use this antidote and act per their will should it not be noticed? or are those just schematics that actors fill by themselves? If so do they stay in characters? if so the guy should come back with warning sign. But it is not good sign if I find speculating like this more fun that drama itself (but I like ML, he is cute and pretty enough too amuse myself a bit longer)

I am guessing here (obviously) but it looks for me like FL is this bad guys' Saintness that dark leader is reffering to be connected too in ep 4.. should it be spoiler if it is only my guess? I think, not? I am getting bored after MLC finished, so I am going to amused myself by speculating here as plot seems so far from reports about book.

SCI had the same hypnotism theme and cryminal mastermind in background. Characters setting was different of course but it was better paced

I may worded it wrong, She do things to keep him alive and because she is decent person she is doing it "nice way". At the begining she is strugling to keep herself in character with the psychopath, whose body she took over. So having servants to adjust coat would be suspicious. Plus normal person would be "nice" by default. At least it is what I would like to belive.
I have many misgiving about setup of this universe, honestly. I watch really only because I kind of enjoying the devil king scheming, that actor looks good playing bad guy, LOL!

This type of stories wake up your inner sadist. You watch and you feel your own devil bone growing inside of you.

Problem with time travel is that you try to justify punishing person for the sins that they did not commit yet. Which will never be moraly right. Plus the set up has overkill in terms that destroying evil bone is enough to prevent person from turning to Devil Lord so killing him after is not necessery (and is just simple act of murder on person who may not comitted crimes yet).
Long time ago there was very good anime with such plot, I think called Monster, with doctor who had opportunity to kill child, which wolud become serial killer in the future.

I am not questioning the procedure but concept: if he needs the evil bone to transform plus mindset, first changing mindest seems easier (but only reason the supposed good person have to be more human to him, is to keep him alive long enough to remove the bone AND kill him later), the second after removing bone, which is obviously difficult procedure that we still do not know mechanism about, there is no reason to kill the guy as he will not transform. At the moment of arrival of the girl, he did not committed any crime yet! So she is technically plotting murder of innocent person.
I am saying set up goes too far and good guys are presented as morally compromised (so my "kill baby Hitler" comment)

Why again she needs to kill the guy AFTER removing devil/evil bone, which according to explanation in necessery for him to transfor to Devil King? It seems to me as overkill and clearly count as psychopatic solution to old "kill baby Hitler" problem. Those "good" sects are the worst.
And they produce members that justify punishing people for the crimes that they do not comitted yet.

I am waiting for subtitled version to rant but they robbed me of zombi night, I am so, so disappointed.
