Lord Langya was sentenced to death because his brother, the emperor, started seeing him as a threat even though…
I don't have time to go back to watch episodes but there are two possibilities: there is translation issue or they are inconsitent. For sure in novel XS martial arts were damaged by one of old eunuchs, not curent and that eunuch was killed probably by emperor as he was found dead after emperor visited them in mausoleum. Here in drama I am prety sure the same info was given to XS at some point (they guy is dead, nobody to kill, too late) but in current episodes it seems that they blame Grand Eunuch for it. In novel it was only said that both eunuchs knew the attack as they were master and apprentice.
Important parts are missing that make it great. Like ep 35 is nonsense that was just created and contributed nothing…
hmm.. both are part of the novel but I think skipping 35 ep story line would go unnoticed as it is not so important. On the other hand skipping the Pavilon part creates logic holes. And it was going so well, pity :(
Ep 35 was not in the novel...also see they skipping important parts of the story. Next part was not supposed to…
It was in the novel, just a bit different parties involved as the merged Prince Bai character with one of court officials. Which is the pity as they will need to rewrite later events. Did you saw the rest of episodes? They skipped the tower quest? I would be very disappointed it gave a nice background to characters and history lesson on Xiao dynasty. And opportunity for SQ to shine again, poor girl.
Did you watch the bonus video? I bought the express but no bonus video as posted in the wallpaper. Thanks
it is already finished for vips? How was the zombi night, well done?
Edited: NO ZOMBI NIGHT!!! Why??? I am so disapointed, I was so looking forward to it. I usually complain that cdramas have too much episodes but this time I would welcome 5 or more just to have full novel plot adopted. It made more sense.
And I am very glad that the young Langya Wang is the man his father was.
Self preservation at its best, you don't talk back to emperor, XS tried and got himself banished. LingChen is lucky that emperor is almost dead already. I don't think in novel there was the line where emperor tried to explain himself that said banishment was to to protect him, it was true act of anger for his actions being questioned
And I am very glad that the young Langya Wang is the man his father was.
he just followed his father steps and he did not want such position. The scene when he metaphorically slapped emperor face with pointing how unworthy of his father life it was is my favourite in the book, somehow even better that Prince Chi death.
they cut some good fights already and it looks like they will cut another one based on how this 11th prince died
they must keep it as those two disciplines are at the capitol especially to kill Su Changhe and they are still two assassin clan heads after him after what he did to his own people. I am looking forward to zombi night! But I think they will skip battle for this martial art city
So far, the drama has been a very close adaptation to the novel. All the couples portrayed in the drama also exist…
Lei WuJie/Ye Ruo Yi, Tang Lian/Fairy Lady Rui are official from novel for still alive, there is couple of one sided one like Yin Luo Xia and her discipline Luo Ming Xuan and Yin Luo Xia and old lord of Wushuang city additionally in drama it seems that Mu Young Maser is hitting on Ji Xue, lol!
