Also ask this too yourself."Are we the right person to discuss history of someone else?" Who are we to discuss…
Now don't comment after 3 hours and say you have watched it. Because by that time it would be proven that you had *prejudice* against the drama even before you watched it (most probably based on someone else's opinion, like many other).
I think it makes no sense to use the argument of "this is not historical, this is fiction" when you're defending…
Also ask this too yourself.
"Are we the right person to discuss history of someone else?"
Who are we to discuss about someone else's history. Why international people who have no relation with Korea are butting their opinions about the controversy. If we are not the right person to support the production side then we're also not the right people to support cancellation of the drama. Drama's past, present and future all are in the hands of Koreans. We don't even have pinch of contribution in that. So why to discuss about something in which we can't do anything.
We simply don't have a opinion over someone else's matter.
And If You Really Want To Discuss About Those Things Then This Is Not The Right Place. You Should Go On Twitter Where You'll Find Millions Of People.
In a nutshell, there is some controversy over historical revisionism.
From your profile, I am assuming you are Yeji's fan, and I believe you know what actually happens in a controversy.
If you are a person who have a lot of things to worry about yourself in the real life outside internet, like me, then I would suggest to ignore those. If you actually want to know then you can search news article by credible sources but please not some random twitter, tumblr or reddit posts.
Snowdrop is set in October 1987. That is after 4–5 months of all the things you've mentioned.
The drama portrays a fictional story about the military regime, the NSP, and others in power at the time colluding with the North Korean dictatorship and planning a conspiracy to retain their power.
To those who want the drama to stop airing, who are not even Korean themselves, I just want to say them.
The creators that is the writer, director and the production team has been accused of I don't know how many things.
The only way to know that the accusations are true or not is from watching the drama. If the drama never completes its story, we will never learn the exact truth.
IF ACCUSATIONS ARE TRUE THEN NO CAN SAVE THEM, IF THEY ARE FALSE THEN IT WILL BE INJUSTICE.
What are the chances of the show getting cancelled because of the controversy? I really want to start watching…
According to JTBC's most recent statement over the controversy, it doesn't looks that cancelling is even in their mind at the moment. But we don't know what will happen in future. If your concern is "that it might get cancelled midway". Then I will suggest you to wait for the drama to end or *if* controversy gets sorted out.
Then I am really scared for the cast and crew who believed the writer maybe because of her past work. Because…
That's why I added "And what is the probability of your comment being 100% correct." Because this is something very common in a controversy. If the real controversy is about lemon, then by the time it spreads it becomes about lemonade. I hope you understand what I mean.
Yoo Hyunmi. She's the main writer for Snowdrop. Also some additional information, her husband is/was a prosecutor…
Then I am really scared for the cast and crew who believed the writer maybe because of her past work. Because as far as I know, knetz will not leave a single person who is part of this project without trolling them.
And what is the probability of your comment being 100% correct.
Honestly without jisoo I doubt this drama would have generated this much attention. Don't get me wrong, this show…
Biggest player in this drama are not the actors but the writer and director. Why do you think they were able make a such powerful lineup of actors? Because their last work Sky Castle is one of the most commercially and critically acclaimed kdrama. All the people trusted them because of their past work. The network, the sponsors, everyone.
Have you watched both the episodes?

Would you have supported this drama even if your fave was NOT a part of this?
