I am okay with her existence but the problem is her behaviour. She is childish. Actually I Iike secondary couples. Mostly they catch my eye before ml and fl but this one is really bad. Wuxia was okayish but the girl and their relationship were awkward and boring.
For the plot twist , I wish they had followed original story.
I feel you. I literally skipped all the parts about SZY sister. Can not stand 1 second of it.
Isn’t it ? I adore strong and independent women. I really love watching them but there is a big difference between a spoiled girl and a independent girl and Qing Ying definitely belongs to first group.
I can’t understand calm ml / funny fml core but Wuxia is too better for Qingying and Qingying is really annoying. Their relationship existed for to be written. No depth , no character growth etc. Plus , I know SZY is the ML and the plot mainly about him but I didn’t like that all palace cast were related of SZY plot. They didn’t get their character development. Wuyin was lucky that he was an antagonist and he had scenes but Wuxia who is cousin SZY grew with , prince and probably next ruler barely existed.
Plus , the big reveal about SZY was rushed. I didn’t have any excitement about it. I am not even talk about rushed meaningless ending.
This drama could have been another Nirvana but the plot went downhill after Fl fell off the cliff.
Last note: I can watch every type of female character including childish voiced ones but a big NO TO SPOILED SISTERS OF ML or FL. I can’t really bear them.
Apart from its ending, I really appreciate the references they sent to the drama industry as a viewer of these shows.
Breaking the taboos about step sister, step mother , brother , antagonist and the protagonist was precious.
The mock on fabricated , stereotypical stories, showing how stupid they are were amazing.
And the most important thing was “Not ML and FL” oriented story message for me. As a person who is generally into supporting characters’ stories, I loved “ Supporting characters are also part of this story. They can change the plot and they are as important as Ml and FL” reference.
Kudos the whole cast and the creators of this drama. Thanks for their hard work and effort to give us a masterpiece. ADWAD is on my top list now.
ep 31. I didn’t watch for ML and FL interaction so no comment about them. I could have expected more related with 4th prince, his relationship with SZY , the palace and game of thrones etc so it was a little disappointing till now. SZY is a great character and had a great potential. Sorry to watch this potential went in vain because of a love plot. A little request for express package owners. Could you give me spoilers about 4th prince please ?
Edit : Since I am really into fighter lovers , I loved Zhan Lu and Qing Tai couple btw. I wish we could have watched their story more.

I didn’t watch the anime. Is their ending so bad ? Does Hongye die before their good terms ? I thought that they might understand each other. Then I shouldn’t have high hopes for their story. Thanks 🙏
I finished LP and now I can understand Hongye’s attitude towards to his own son. Man is a literally living corpse and his all responsibilities , pains , traumas he had brought him to his “no feeling” point.
He is really lucky that he survived and didn’t go crazy until Fugui grew up and I am sure Huaizhu and his teammates are the main reasons why he did.Without Fugui , he would have been death till now.
Poor Fugui is a victim of his family’s past just like Hongye and I am sure it will be painful to watch his story too. Hongye is so blind with his own pain , regret and anger ; he forgets how Fugui feels and needs his father’s love. I hope he realizes that his son and he changes his attitude.
I also hope that father and son can mend their relationship before Hongye’s death and I hope Fugui can understand his father a little bit.
I have just finished the drama and I have never cried more than that. It was literally a river. For the story ,there were some weak points but kinda understandable because of the first part and third part’s story.

They tried to hold onto the life despite everything but the things didn’t let them be happy no matter what they did. The fate didn’t change and two people who have grown up faster since their early ages because of the tragic events lost again.
Kudos to the ML , FL and support characters for their great actings. All couples had an amazing chemistry including guest stars. Especially FL is the most beautiful woman I have ever seen and ML was very handsome with his white or black long hair.

Only thing she did was to follow the main lead. And yes she was unbearable to me although I am invested in strong women stories. And yes I can type it since it is my personal opinion.

I was going to watch it because of main couple’s story ( demon/ warrior love). After I watched LP , I lost my interest in love part. Now , I am waiting for it to see Hongye and Fugui relationship and Fugui’s character development despite knowing that this part is minor. Plus, In Red Moon Pact , Hongye said that he was ill. I wonder if he is also ill in this one and how it will affect their relationship. I hope Hongye reunites with his wife this time even if they are dead.
I don’t have a courage to watch it because of its painful ending in these days so I will keep ignoring this drama for while. Apart from it , I have really liked it so far with its main couple and supporting ones.

Unless you are not educated or mastered for it , basically yeah. Talking about the drama , talking about the characters, talking about the story , talking about the performances are okay for us as viewers but simply saying that “ she/he can’t” is a disrespect. Simplifying their efforts to two words is too cruel. We damn know that the ones who talk about the faces or acting.
They think that they can criticize anything about them including their private lives btw. They don’t know the line they need to stop.
As a working person, I evaluate people and got evaluated by the authorities but this evaluation is not based on my ass or someone’s basic likes. It is based on rules and first rule is “Do not cross the line and follow the etiquette.”
