My heart is broken for BohnDuen, I love them so much and I just want them to be happy. If they have a bad ending, I want season 2 to come as fast as possible please. I'm so sad :(

*sigh* alright.. goodbye 2gether. I choose to be positive for my own mental health. I don't want to argue with the same people and to receive endless lectures telling me how wrong I am. It's clearly not the best drama to ever exist, but I had fun watching and it made me smile a lot, I'm good with that :)
i dont think the problem here is with lack of intimacy and kisses, so no one is expecting it to be like TharnType…
There's a portion of BL fans that exclusively want a series to have plenty of sex and kisses to be considered "good enough" and completely dismiss everything else. You cannnot deny that disgusting fetishizing behavior. I am not saying that is your case and I actually hope you are right and there are more people like you.
By "age rating" I meant for gay standards. Of course for straight people condoms and drinking are less scandalous than a gay couple holding hands.

WAIT... is next episode the end??? they better come up with S2, ending now feels so rushed. I've been reading some comments and a lot people seem to have very strong opinions about this series.. I can only hope you all have at least a quarter of that passion to stand up for LGBT rights in your community and online. From the perspective of a gay guy I have a few things to say. I like this series, but from what I understand, the age rating for this is a bit lower.. which kind of explains the lack of intimate scenes and kisses.. I find it frustraiting as well but I'm still okay with it, the romance and cute moments are still present. In many countries the "bromance" with no kisses is the only gay representation they usually give in the media (and in some others they want to put us in jail or kill us, let's not forget about that) so, this is not new but definitely very different from recent dramas like "Tharntype" and "WhyRU" so I understand the point. I'm not mad at the jealousy plot, I just wished we had more time to explore Tine and Sarawat's dynamic as a couple and what does it mean to them to date a man for the first time and how Tine feels about his sexuality because the whole plot since the beginning was "I'm straight and the gay guy likes me so I have to make him stay away" and we didn't get a clear transition between that Tine and this Tine. I also wish we had more time for the other couples, we had many missed opportunities with MilPhukong (way too much Mil unnecessary jealousy and fighting with Sarawat) and more time for ManType to develop their relationship. And I want a full DimGreen series haha or at least a different story but with them as main couple, that would we amazing. Let's see how the end goes and I hope the upcoming GMM BL series has a good reception, but It looks a bit messy, so I'm not really sure >.<

I'm glad we can discuss this.. when he said "I am a man" I think he just meant he considers himself more masculine than other people think so in his mind he was just trying to prove to everyone he could be top.. (which he didn't have to but just shows the pressure society puts in gay guys) and if you remember in ep 9 part 4 Mek tells Bohn that their personalities don't matter in their roles, which is exactly what you said about the 'shy and obedient' and 'confident and rude' so that's what they're trying to make the characters and the audience understand (the BohnDuen situation is pretty much an example that they are showing us to prove the point) and in ep 10 they talk and decide to not worry about it for now, which was really good because at the end we should focus on their love and not their roles :)

I'm so tired of people wanting to take the moral high ground by calling BohnDuen "toxic" and saying they "only watch for RamKing" okay, BORING. I really like RamKing too but BohnDuen is still my favorite. WE KNOW their relationship is far from perfect, but that's the point. The characters need to learn from their mistakes and become better, that's what makes it interesting. Bohn needs to learn to be less jealous and more considerate and Duen to stand up for himself. In the end they really like each other. Also their discussion about their roles IS SO IMPORTANT and almost never seen in BL, why do they have to have a fixed role just because of their personality? the fact that they're talking about it in this series is awesome.. also both of them have been drunk and they respect each other, that's good too. If you call BohnDuen toxic but completely ignore the behavior of King's sister, don't dare to @ me.
They couldn't finish filming the original story as they had planned but the ending still gave me a good feeling. Let's hope for that special SaifahZon episode and a season 2 where we can explore every character's story better :)
So.. they released Ep. 8 on WeTV? or are we even with the eps now? It's so unfair that they have to do this.. they are giving us the chance to watch it for free on youtube and with eng subs .. there's no need to go to unofficial channels.. we just have to be patient.. I hope we can have S2 and this doesn't discourage them.. these characters are really growing on me, I love this series and how everyone gets a fair screentime and a chance to develop, even the support characters, the pace of the story is good as well and it leaves you wanting more. At first I wasn't very enthusiastic about this drama and I didn't know what to expect, but It's been a pleasant surprise :)
