Hmmm…. Where do I start? I’m going to miss this horrible drama where it was so bad it kept me watching to see what new low it reaches. It did not disappoint in that area. Reflecting back on both seasons I have some final thoughts. - I was not a fan of increasing the episodes from 10 minutes to 30. That’s too much time to dedicate to this campy awkward clunky drama. I nearly dropped it. Some episodes felt boring. - I missed the plant wrangling of the first season. - This last episode had some of the worst BL fish kisses I have ever seen. That friend coming over with them hiding from her. What WAS that? This show is so awkward. - The fake snow machine worked overtime this episode. Those sudsy bubbles weren’t melting. I found the bit of suds hanging from Hae Jin’s nose hilarious. Also the sudsy snow hanging from Jae Hun’s glasses was too funny. Their hair was totally covered in those soap bubbles and it just looked so fake. - Nothing says I’m ready for “sexy time” quite like Christmas gnome sheets. Mmmm… Sexy. - I stuck with it because I enjoyed reading the comments section. This series has the absolute best comment section. I will miss you all. May “Tide of Love” Season 2 fill your hearts with the Christmas spirit that will last all the way until season 3!
Oh, be still my heart, for I have to part from this masterpiece too soon!😭How should I say farewell to something…
😂😂😂 “This will be the tale, that I shall pass down to my grandchildren in future Holiday Seasons with great reverie, so the next generation could carry it forward, so it shall never be lost!” 😂😂😂
Half way through a dragon appears. I’m like what the heck? I had to hit the pause button to check if I was still watching the same show. I thought maybe I unknowingly bumped the remote and was watching something else.
Sung Hoo ❤️ My K-Drama Crush. He is so attractive and I’ll watch him in anything. As far as vertical dramas go it pretty typical stuff. Elevated only by the main couple. They are both great in this. I wish that Sung Hoon stared in more dramas. He is vastly underrated as an actor. He shouldn’t have to be making these types of dramas. Still he did great. I’m pretty sure that I have seen the Chinese version of this and I thought the Korean version was better.
I loved it! It must have taken so much work!! Thank you for this quiz (I only got 2 wrong), I really really enjoyed…
Yay! Thank you!!! I am proud of this one. My favorite is the Dad’s look he is giving his son’s boyfriend in the “interrupted kiss” question. That makes me smile every time I see it. I am all caught up on “Duang With you” as well. I am enjoying it. Thanks for playing. I always appreciate your feedback.
BTW I have been working on a BL Tropes Quiz. I’m totally using the tropes from your tropes question. Thanks!
Okay, I finished my trope quiz. I’m proud of this one. I thought really hard on it but it wasn’t easy coming up with them. If you have any trope ideas for the next one let me know. The tropes are easy to think of it’s harder finding them in a drama unless you know which drama and around what episode they are in.
I completely agree with everything. And I add, the sound engineer is definitely deaf! Because that sound, those…
They have to be doing it on purpose. I can see it in my mind, someone saying, “this looks too much like a photocopy.” Director, “It’s okay, our audience expects this kind of lack of effort from us.”

I’m obsessed with the Arnold/Tua storyline.
