I watched this with my husband, and we ended up having completely different reactions to the movie. We went in knowing nothing about it except the title, so we weren’t really expecting anything specific (we had just finished watching The Tunnel). Based on the title we expected this to be a disaster and survival movie. My husband likes sci-fi and theories (basically studying).
Midway through the movie though, the genre suddenly shifted from disaster to something like AI simulation? That’s where our reactions really started to differ. I was really confused because all I was expecting at the beginning was about the survival of Dami’s character, so the shift felt confusing for me and began to get bored halfway. Meanwhile, my husband was like having fireworks in his eyes and giddy because he could predict the scientific theories and AI concepts that appeared in the latter half of the film.
So I guess this movie really depends on the type of viewer you are. If you know theories and such you'll probably enjoy this😂
I'm enjoying every inch of the drama that I'm so anxious what they're going to do with the ending. K-drama endings are always lack-luster or even downright bad that you'll end up hating the whole series.
Sol: *high fives a stranger*RSJ: Excuse me? what are you doing? Dont do it!😡If I was Sol I wouldve asked right…
If that happened in real life we'd be like "Why are you so possesive? You'd be feeling like you're in shackles " but it's Byun Wooseok so it does not matter
Lovely Runner being aired on a Monday is both a dilemma and gift lol. I have to binge watch other dramas because my head keeps replaying Lovely Runner scenes. It's been a while since I felt excited waiting for a new episode. It's a cycle of replaying from episode one, watching unreleased scenes, fanmade edits on tiktok. Lol. Lovely Runner is a treat.
I actually liked this drama but dropped it at episode 4 because i got spoiled on the ending which i don’t mind…
This is my concern too. I watched and completed it the first time and just rewatched the beginning on our tv again out of boredom. Now my mom is the one hooked in the drama and I'm afraid of her reaction of the ending.
The comedy is unnatural but it can still give you giggling moments like the elevator scene and the next level one. I kinda feel bad for the ML. He's just working hard for his family but the family does not appreciate his efforts.
He lost so much weight from all the hate he's receiving. Someone should give him a lovable character role asap. Just like how Ahn Bo Hyun was so hated on Itaewon Class and loved at Yumi's Cells or how Im Siwan balances his psycho and country bumpkin roles.

It's just a romance trope, no complicated things to think about so you can relax and watch it. It did not promise to be something revolutionary though so what's with "a waste of time?"
I honestly wonder how he became a mountain god with his abilities. He is god-like when not needed and when his lover was in danger he became useless. He was so flustered and hurt his ego when he found out he just misunderstood the situation that he still continued to harass the couple because of shame. He ain't no mountain god; he's just a bully.
This one for me has an acceptable past life trope. I liked the back story on how he became to be. If they didn't include that every one would also question on how he became a demon so I'm wondering why everyone is against it.
